BJP-led Alliance Retains Power in Puducherry

ചെന്നൈ : 30 അംഗ പുതുച്ചേരി നിയമസഭയിലേക്കുള്ള വോട്ടെണ്ണല്‍ പുരോഗമിക്കുന്നു. ആദ്യ സൂചനകള്‍ പ്രകാരം എന്‍.ഡി.എ സഖ്യം ശക്തമായ മുന്നേറ്റം കാഴ്ചവയ്ക്കുന്നു. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എന്‍. രംഗസാമി ഭരണം നിലനിര്‍ത്തുമെന്നാണ് നിലവിലെ ട്രെന്‍ഡുകള്‍ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.

മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എന്‍. രംഗസാമി തട്ടഞ്ചാവാടി മണ്ഡലത്തില്‍ 4,441 വോട്ടുകളുടെ ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തില്‍ വിജയിച്ചു. 2021-നേക്കാള്‍ മികച്ച പ്രകടനമാണ് അദ്ദേഹം കാഴ്ചവച്ചത്.

ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രി എ. നമശ്ശിവായം മണ്ണാടിപ്പെട്ട് മണ്ഡലത്തില്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥിയെ 6,110 വോട്ടുകള്‍ക്ക് പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തി.

ഔസുഡുവില്‍ സിറ്റിംഗ് ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥിയെ 4,000-ത്തിലധികം വോട്ടുകള്‍ക്ക് പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തി കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന്റെ പി. കാര്‍ത്തികേയന്‍ അട്ടിമറി വിജയം നേടി.

ബിജെപിയില്‍ നിന്ന് നെല്ലിത്തോപ്പ് സീറ്റ് ഡിഎംകെ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തു. വി. കാര്‍ത്തികേയന്‍ 850 വോട്ടുകളുടെ ഭൂരിപക്ഷത്തിനാണ് വിജയിച്ചത്.

ഇത്തവണ പുതുച്ചേരിയില്‍ 89.87% പോളിംഗ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. ഇത് ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയര്‍ന്ന നിരക്കാണ്.

ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ മണ്ഡലങ്ങള്‍

യാനം: മല്ലാടി കൃഷ്ണറാവുവും ഗൊല്ലപ്പള്ളി ശ്രീനിവാസ് അശോകും തമ്മില്‍ കടുത്ത പോരാട്ടം നടക്കുന്നു. നിലവില്‍ എഐഎന്‍ആര്‍സി 4,500 വോട്ടുകള്‍ക്ക് മുന്നിലാണ്.

വില്ലിയന്നൂര്‍: എഐഎന്‍ആര്‍സിയും ഡിഎംകെയും തമ്മില്‍ ഇഞ്ചോടിഞ്ച് പോരാട്ടം. വെറും 500 വോട്ടിന്റെ ലീഡ് മാത്രമാണ് നിലവിലുള്ളത്.

ടിവികെ സ്വാധീനം: വിജയിയുടെ പാര്‍ട്ടിയായ തമിഴക വെട്രി കഴകം മിക്കയിടങ്ങളിലും മികച്ച വോട്ട് വിഹിതം നേടുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത് പ്രധാന മുന്നണികളുടെ വോട്ട് ബാങ്കില്‍ വിള്ളലുണ്ടാക്കി.

Congress Upsets BJP in Oussudu: In a major upset, P. Karthikeyan of the Congress defeated the sitting BJP candidate in Oussudu by a margin of over 4,000 votes.

DMK Wrests Nellithope: The DMK captured the Nellithope seat from the BJP, with V. Cartigueyane winning by a narrow margin of 850 votes.

Record Turnout: Puducherry recorded a historic voter turnout of 89.87% this time—the highest ever recorded.
