ക്രിക്കറ്റ് താരം സ്മൃതി മന്ഥനയുടെ വിവാഹ വേദിയില്‍ പിതാവ് കുഴഞ്ഞുവീണു, ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്കു മാറ്റി, ചടങ്ങുകൾ നിറുത്തിവച്ചു

മുംബയ് : ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ക്രിക്കറ്റ് താരം സ്മൃതി മന്ഥനയും സംഗീതസംവിധായകന്‍ പലാഷ് മുച്ചലും തമ്മിലുള്ള വിവാഹച്ചടങ്ങിനിടെ സ്മൃതിയുടെ അച്ഛൻ ശ്രീനിവാസ് മന്ഥനയ്ക്കു ഹൃദയാഘാതമുണ്ടായി. ഉടന്‍ തന്നെ ആംബുലന്‍സ് വിവാഹവേദിയിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ച് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്കു മാറ്റി.

പ്രമുഖ വ്യക്തികളും അടുത്ത ബന്ധുക്കളും പങ്കെടുത്ത ചടങ്ങിനിടയില്‍ ആംബുലന്‍സിന്റെ സൈറണ്‍ കേട്ടത് അതിഥികള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ ആശങ്കയും ആശയക്കുഴപ്പവും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു.

ആരോഗ്യസ്ഥിതി മോശമായ ശ്രീനിവാസിനെ  സമീപത്തെ ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് ഉടന്‍ മാറ്റി.

ഈ സംഭവത്തെത്തുടര്‍ന്നുണ്ടായ വിവാഹ ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ നിറുത്തിവച്ചു.

സ്മൃതി മന്ഥനയും പലാഷ് മുച്ചലും നവംബര്‍ 23 ആണ് വിവാഹത്തിനായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരുന്നത്. അടുത്ത ബന്ധുക്കളും സുഹൃത്തുക്കളും മാത്രം പങ്കെടുത്ത ലളിതമായ ചടങ്ങായിരിക്കും എന്ന് പലാഷ് മുച്ചല്‍ നേരത്തെ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു.

The sound of the ambulance siren during the ceremony, which was attended by prominent personalities and close relatives, caused concern and confusion among the guests.

The person, whose health deteriorated, was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
