പണിമുടക്ക് കേരളത്തില്‍ ഹര്‍ത്താലായി, ഇടതു പണിമുടക്കില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ ശമ്പളം വെട്ടി സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍

Strike Turns into Hartal in Kerala; State Government Implements 'Dies Non' for Participating Employees

തിരുവനന്തപുരം : കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നയങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെ സംയുക്ത ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയനുകള്‍ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്ത 24 മണിക്കൂര്‍ ദേശീയ പണിമുടക്ക് കേരളത്തില്‍ ജനജീവിതത്തെ സാരമായി ബാധിച്ചു. ഇതര സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളഇല്‍ പണിമുടക്ക് ചലനമുണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലെന്നാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകള്‍ പറയുന്നത്.

ഫെബ്രുവരി 11 അര്‍ദ്ധരാത്രി മുതല്‍ ഫെബ്രുവരി 12 അര്‍ദ്ധരാത്രി വരെയാണ് പണിമുടക്ക്. സി.ഐ.ടി.യു , ഐ.എന്‍.ടി.യു.സി ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള പ്രമുഖ ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയനുകള്‍ സമരത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. കേരളത്തില്‍ ഭരണ-പ്രതിപക്ഷ യൂണിയനുകള്‍ ഒരുമിച്ച് പണിമുടക്കുന്നതിനാല്‍ ജനജീവിതം വലിയ രീതിയില്‍ ബാധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.

ഇടതു സംഘടനകള്‍ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്ത പണിമുടക്ക് ദിവസം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്ക് 'ഡയസ് നോണ്‍' ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉത്തരവിറക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സമരത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ശമ്പളം നഷ്ടമാകും. പണിമുടക്ക് കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് പി.എസ്.സി പരീക്ഷകള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള മാറ്റിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കോടതി ഉത്തരവുള്ളതിനാലാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഡയസ് നോണ്‍ ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്താന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധിതമായത്.

സംയുക്ത കിസാന്‍ മോര്‍ച്ച, കര്‍ഷക തൊഴിലാളി സംഘടനകള്‍, സിപിഎം, സിപിഐ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള വിവിധ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്‍ട്ടികള്‍ പണിമുടക്കിന് പിന്തുണ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സി, സ്വകാര്യ ബസുകള്‍, ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷകള്‍, ടാക്‌സികള്‍ എന്നിവ പണിമുടക്കില്‍ സഹകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിനാല്‍ പൊതുഗതാഗതം പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും തടസ്സപ്പെട്ടു. കടകമ്പോളങ്ങള്‍, ബാങ്കുകള്‍, മറ്റ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഓഫീസുകള്‍ എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തെ പണിമുടക്ക് ബാധിച്ചു.

പാല്‍, പത്രം, ആശുപത്രികള്‍, ആംബുലന്‍സ് സര്‍വീസുകള്‍, മരുന്ന് ഷോപ്പുകള്‍, വിവാഹം തുടങ്ങിയ ആവശ്യ സര്‍വീസുകളെ പണിമുടക്കില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

പ്രധാന ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍:

തൊഴിലാളി വിരുദ്ധ ലേബര്‍ കോഡുകള്‍ പിന്‍വലിക്കുക.

മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതി പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുക.

കര്‍ഷകവിരുദ്ധ നിയമങ്ങള്‍ പിന്‍വലിക്കുക.

വൈദ്യുതി നിയമഭേദഗതി പിന്‍വലിക്കുക.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള പ്രധാന റെയില്‍വേ സ്റ്റേഷനുകളില്‍ എത്തുന്ന യാത്രക്കാര്‍ക്കായി പൊലീസ് വാഹന സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ അടിയന്തര സാഹചര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി ആംബുലന്‍സ് സൗകര്യങ്ങളും സജ്ജീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ തൊഴിലാളി വിരുദ്ധ നയങ്ങള്‍ക്കും വിലക്കയറ്റത്തിനും എതിരെയാണ് ഈ ദേശീയ പണിമുടക്ക് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കേരളത്തില്‍ മിക്കയിടങ്ങളിലും സമരം ഹര്‍ത്താലിന് സമാനമായ രീതിയില്‍ ജനജീവിതത്തെ ബാധിച്ചു.

The unions and supporting political parties (including CPM and CPI) are striking for:

Withdrawal of anti-labor codes.

Restoration of the MGNREGA (National Rural Employment Guarantee Act).

Withdrawal of anti-farmer laws.

Scrapping of the Electricity Amendment Act.
