കൊച്ചി : ശബരിമല സ്വര്‍ണക്കൊള്ളയില്‍ ദ്വാരപാലക പാളി കേസില്‍ രണ്ടുപേരും കട്ടിളപ്പാളി കേസില്‍ ഒരാളും കൂടി പ്രതികളാകും. കേസില്‍ മൂന്ന് പേരുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം കൂടി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് എസ്ഐടി ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ പറയുന്നു.

ആരാണ് പ്രതിയെന്നും പ്രതികളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങളും ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച സീല്‍ഡ് കവറില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കട്ടിളപ്പാളി കേസില്‍ സംശയ നിഴലിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന നാല് പേരുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പരിശോധന നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ രണ്ടുപേര്‍ക്ക് കേസില്‍ നേരിട്ട് പങ്കുണ്ടെന്നാണ് എസ്ഐടിയുടെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍. ഇതേസമയം ദ്വാരപാലക പാളി കേസില്‍ രണ്ടുപേര്‍ക്ക് കൂടി പങ്കുണ്ടെന്ന സംശയത്തിലായിരുന്നു എസ്ഐടി. ഇതില്‍ ഒരാളുടെ പങ്ക് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചതായും ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ പറയുന്നു.

ശബരിമലയിലെ കൊടിമര പുനഃപ്രതിഷ്ഠയില്‍ ത്വരിതാന്വേഷണത്തിന് വിജിലന്‍സിന് ഹൈക്കോടതി ദേവസ്വം ബെഞ്ച് നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കി. ദേവസ്വം വിജിലന്‍സിന്റെ ഇടക്കാല റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ഈ നിര്‍ദേശം. 2017-ല്‍ കേടുപാടുകള്‍ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന കൊടിമരം ദ്രവിച്ചു എന്ന പേരില്‍ മാറ്റിയതിനെതിരെ ഉയര്‍ന്ന ആരോപണങ്ങളാണ് അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നത്.

ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടക്കുന്ന വിജിലന്‍സ് അന്വേഷണത്തില്‍ അസ്വഭാവികത കണ്ടെത്തിയാല്‍ പിന്നീട് എസ്ഐടി അന്വേഷിക്കും. ആവശ്യമെങ്കില്‍ കേസെടുക്കും. കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് പ്രയാര്‍ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണനായിരുന്നു അന്ന് ദേവസ്വം പ്രസിഡന്റ്. അജയ് തറയില്‍, കെ രാഘവന്‍ എന്നിവരായിരുന്നു ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗങ്ങള്‍.

In a related development, the High Court Devaswom Bench has directed the Vigilance to conduct a quick verification into the re-installation of the Sabarimala temple flagpole.

Basis of Order: The directive follows an interim report by the Devaswom Vigilance.

The Allegation: The investigation focuses on why the flagpole, which was reportedly in good condition in 2017, was replaced under the pretext that it had decayed.

Future Action: If the current Vigilance probe uncovers any irregularities, the SIT will take over the investigation, and a formal case will be registered if necessary.

Background: At the time of the incident, Congress leader Prayar Gopalakrishnan was the Devaswom President, with Ajay Tharayil and K. Raghavan serving as board members.
