തിരുവനന്തപുരം: വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനുള്ള സിപിഎമ്മിന്റെ കരട് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥി പട്ടിക ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റുകള്‍ സംസ്ഥാന നേതൃത്വത്തിന് നല്‍കി. ഇതനുസരിച്ച് മന്ത്രിമാരായ വനിതകള്‍ ഒഴികെയുള്ള മിക്ക വനിതാ എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ക്കും ഇത്തവണ സീറ്റില്ല എന്നാണ് വിവരം. ഭാവിയിലെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയെന്നു വരെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട കെ കെ ശൈലജയ്ക്കും സീറ്റ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടെന്നാണ് കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് ശേഷമേ ഈ പട്ടികയില്‍ അന്തിമ തീരുമാനമാകൂ.

സീറ്റ് നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രമുഖര്‍: മുന്‍ ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി കെ.കെ. ശൈലജ (മട്ടന്നൂര്‍), യു. പ്രതിഭ (കായംകുളം), ദലീമ (അരൂര്‍) എന്നിവര്‍ക്ക് ആദ്യഘട്ട പട്ടികയില്‍ ഇടം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.

സീറ്റ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചവര്‍: ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി വീണ ജോര്‍ജ് (ആറന്മുള), ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി ആര്‍. ബിന്ദു (ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുട), ശാന്തകുമാരി (കോങ്ങാട്).

കെ.കെ. ശൈലജയെ ഒഴിവാക്കിയതിന്റെ കൃത്യമായ കാരണം വ്യക്തമല്ല. രണ്ട് ടേം നിബന്ധനയില്‍ ഇളവ് നല്‍കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്നാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ നിലവിലെ തീരുമാനം. എന്നാല്‍, കണ്ണൂരില്‍ നിന്നു പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ളവര്‍ക്കു രണ്ടു ടേം നിബന്ധന ബാധകവുമല്ല. കെ.കെ. ശൈലജയ്ക്ക് പകരം സി.പി.എം ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി എം.വി. ജയരാജന്‍ മട്ടന്നൂരില്‍ നിന്ന് മത്സരിക്കാനാണ് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ തീരുമാനം. എം.വി. ജയരാജന്‍ ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി സ്ഥാനം ഒഴിഞ്ഞേക്കുമെന്നും സൂചനയുണ്ട്.

വിവാദങ്ങളും വിഭാഗീയതയുമാണ് യു. പ്രതിഭയ്ക്ക് തിരിച്ചടിയായതെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് പറയുന്നു. അരൂരില്‍ ദലീമയ്ക്ക് പകരം മുന്‍ മന്ത്രി തോമസ് ഐസക്കിനെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതിനാലാണ് അവര്‍ക്ക് സീറ്റ് നഷ്ടമാകുന്നത്.

ആറ്റിങ്ങല്‍ എംഎല്‍എ ഒ.എസ്. അംബികയ്ക്ക് പകരം പി.കെ. ബിജുവിനെ മത്സരിപ്പിക്കാനും ആലോചനയുണ്ട്.

പുതുമുഖങ്ങള്‍/സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക: സിപിഎം സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി എം.വി. ഗോവിന്ദന്റെ ഭാര്യ പി.കെ. ശ്യാമള, സി.എസ്. സുജാത എന്നിവര്‍ പട്ടികയില്‍ ഇടംപിടിച്ചേക്കും. കൂടാതെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം മുന്‍ മേയര്‍ ആര്യാ രാജേന്ദ്രന്‍, ചിന്ത ജെറോം, പി.കെ. സൈനബ, അനുശ്രീ കോലോത്ത് എന്നിവരുടെ പേരുകളും ചര്‍ച്ചയിലുണ്ട്.

നിലവിലെ സ്പീക്കര്‍ എ.എന്‍. ഷംസീറിനെയും വീണ്ടും മത്സരിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്നാണ് നിലവിലെ തീരുമാനം തലശ്ശേരിയില്‍ എ.എന്‍. ഷംസീറിന് പകരം കാരായി രാജനെയാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.

ധര്‍മ്മടം: മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ തന്നെ ധര്‍മ്മടത്ത് നിന്ന് ജനവിധി തേടും.

പയ്യന്നൂര്‍: ടി.ഐ. മധുസൂദനന് പകരം വി. കുഞ്ഞികൃഷ്ണനെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നു.

കല്യാശ്ശേരി: എം. വിജിന് ഒരു അവസരം കൂടി നല്‍കാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.

തളിപ്പറമ്പ്: എം.വി. ഗോവിന്ദന്‍ തന്നെയാകും സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥി.

അഴീക്കോട്: കെ.വി. സുമേഷ് വീണ്ടും മത്സരിക്കും.

കെ.പി. സഹദേവന്‍ (കണ്ണൂര്‍), എന്‍. സുകന്യ എന്നിവരുടെ പേരുകളും പട്ടികയില്‍ ഇടംപിടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയില്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനുള്ള തയ്യാറെടുപ്പുകള്‍ സി.പി.എം. നേരത്തെ തന്നെ ആരംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി എറണാകുളം ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയ പ്രാഥമിക സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥി പട്ടികയില്‍ പ്രമുഖ നേതാക്കളുടെ പേരുകള്‍ ഇടംപിടിച്ചു.

പി. രാജീവ്: മന്ത്രിയായ പി. രാജീവ് കളമശ്ശേരിയില്‍ നിന്ന് തന്നെ വീണ്ടും ജനവിധി തേടും. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വികസന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും മണ്ഡലത്തിലെ സ്വാധീനവും കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ് ഈ തീരുമാനം.

എം. സ്വരാജ്: കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറയില്‍ നേരിയ വോട്ടുകള്‍ക്ക് പരാജയപ്പെട്ട എം. സ്വരാജ് ഇത്തവണ വീണ്ടും മത്സരരംഗത്തിറങ്ങും. തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ തിരിച്ചുപിടിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് സ്വരാജിനെ വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.

ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങളായ സി.എന്‍. മോഹനന്‍, സി.ബി. ദേവദര്‍ശന്‍ എന്നിവരുടെ പേരുകളും പട്ടികയില്‍ ചര്‍ച്ചയായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

മണ്ഡലങ്ങളും സാധ്യതകളും:

കളമശ്ശേരി: പി. രാജീവ്.

തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ: എം. സ്വരാജ്.

കൊച്ചി: നിലവിലെ എം.എല്‍.എ. കെ.ജെ. മാക്‌സിയുടെ പേര് സജീവ പരിഗണനയിലുണ്ട്.

വൈപ്പിന്‍: കെ.എന്‍. ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്‍ തന്നെ വീണ്ടും മത്സരിക്കാനാണ് സാധ്യത.

ആലുവ: യുവനേതാക്കളെ ഇറക്കി മണ്ഡലം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാനാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ഷെല്‍ന നിഷാദിന്റെ പേരും ഇവിടെ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

The exact reason for excluding KK Shailaja remains unclear, though the party has currently decided not to grant exemptions to the two-term rule. However, this rule does not apply to certain leaders from Kannur, including Pinarayi Vijayan.

In Mattannur, the current plan is for CPM District Secretary MV Jayarajan to contest in place of KK Shailaja. It is hinted that Jayarajan may step down from his post as District Secretary. Additionally, there are talks to field PK Biju in Attingal instead of the current MLA, OS Ambika.

Several new names are being discussed for the list:

PK Shyamala: Wife of CPM State Secretary MV Govindan.

Arya Rajendra: Former Thiruvananthapuram Mayor.

In a major move, the party has reportedly decided not to field the current Speaker, AN Shamseer, again. Karayi Rajan is being considered for the Thalassery seat in his place.

Constituency Highlights

Dharmadam: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will seek the mandate again.

Taliparamba: MV Govindan will be the candidate.

Payyannur: V. Kunjikrishnan is being considered instead of TI Madhusudhanan.

Kalliasseri: M. Vigin is likely to get another opportunity.

Azhikode: KV Sumesh will contest again.

Other names: KP Sahadevan (Kannur) and N. Sukanya.

Ernakulam District Preparations

The CPM has already begun preparations in Ernakulam, with prominent leaders appearing on the preliminary list:

P. Rajeev: The Minister will contest again from Kalamassery, banking on his development work and local influence.

M. Swaraj: After a narrow defeat last time, Swaraj will return to Thrippunithura with the goal of reclaiming the seat.

Kochi: Incumbent MLA KJ Maxi is under active consideration.

Vypin: KN Unnikrishnan is likely to contest again.
