തിരുവനന്തപുരം : തിരുവനന്തപുരം : സംസ്ഥാനത്തു ബാറുകളുടെ പ്രവര്ത്തന സമയം നീട്ടും. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച ഉത്തരവ് ഉടന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങും. സമയം രാവിലെ 10 മുതല് രാത്രി 12 വരെയാക്കാനാണ് നീക്കം. നിലവില് ഇത് രാവിലെ 11 മുതല് രാത്രി 11 വരെയാണ്. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 847 ബാറുകളാണുള്ളത്.
ഇപ്പോള് വിനോദസഞ്ചാര കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലെ ബാറുകള്ക്ക് രാത്രി 12 വരെ പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കാം. ഇതേസമയം അതിനു സമീപപ്രദേശത്തുള്ള ബാറുകള്ക്ക് ഇതു ബാധകമായിരുന്നില്ല. ഇതില് ബാറുടമകള് പ്രതിഷേധമറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതിനെത്തുടര്ന്നാണ് എല്ലാ ബാറുകളുടെയും പ്രവര്ത്തന സമയം നീട്ടാനുള്ള ആലോചന. വിനോദസഞ്ചാര കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലെ ബാറുകള്ക്ക് പുലര്ച്ചെ 3 മണി വരെ പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കാനുള്ള അനുമതി നല്കിയേക്കുമെന്നും സൂചനയുണ്ട്. ടൂറിസ്റ്റുകള്ക്ക് സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ രീതിയില് ബാര് സമയം ക്രമീകരിക്കുന്നത് വിനോദസഞ്ചാര വരുമാനം വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കാന് സഹായിക്കുമെന്ന് അധികൃതര് കരുതുന്നു.

നിലവില് ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് അന്തിമ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിലും, വിനോദസഞ്ചാര വകുപ്പിന്റെയും മദ്യവ്യവസായികളുടെയും നിരന്തരമായ ആവശ്യത്തെ തുടര്ന്നാണ് സര്ക്കാര് ഇത്തരമൊരു മാറ്റത്തിന് മുതിരുന്നത്. മദ്യനയം പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നതോടെ ഇക്കാര്യത്തില് വ്യക്തതയുണ്ടാകും.
ബിസിനസ് ടൂറിസത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള ചര്ച്ചകള്, മേളകള്, മറ്റ് കൂടിച്ചേരലുകള് എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് പുലര്ച്ചെ 3 മണി വരെ മദ്യം വിളമ്പാന് അനുമതി ലഭിക്കും. എന്നാല് ഇതിനായി പ്രത്യേക ഫീസ് നല്കേണ്ടി വരും.
ഇതേസമയം, തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് മുന്നില്ക്കണ്ട് മദ്യപരുടെ പ്രീതി പിടിച്ചുപറ്റാനാണ് പത്തു കൊല്ലമായി ചെയ്യാത്ത കാര്യം ഇപ്പോള് നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതെന്നു പ്രതിപക്ഷം ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.

While the final order has not yet been issued, the government is moving forward with these adjustments following persistent demands from the Tourism Department and stakeholders in the liquor industry. Full clarity is expected once the official liquor policy is announced.
