അടൂര്: മൂന്നാം ബലാത്സംഗ പരാതിയില് അറസ്റ്റിലായ യൂത്ത് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് മുന് സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡന്റ് രാഹുല് മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിലിനെ പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി 14 ദിവസത്തേക്ക് റിമാന്ഡ് ചെയ്തു.
വൈദ്യപരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് രാഹുലിനെ കോടതിയില് ഹാജരാക്കിയത്. അദ്ദേഹത്തെ മാവേലിക്കര സ്പെഷ്യല് ജയിലിലേക്ക് മാറ്റും. രാഹുല് കോടതിയില് ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ സമര്പ്പിച്ചെങ്കിലും മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി അത് തള്ളി.
ആദ്യത്തെ രണ്ടു ബലാത്സംഗ കേസുകളില് രാഹുലിന് ഹൈക്കോടതി മുന്കൂര് ജാമ്യം അനുവദിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതിനിടെയാണ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക് ഇ മെയിലായി മൂന്നാം മാനഭംഗ പരാതി ലഭിച്ചതും പൊലീസ് അതീവ രഹസ്യമായി പാലക്കാടു നിന്ന് രാഹുലിനെ കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തതും.
രാഹുല് മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തില് എംഎല്എ ഒരു സ്ഥിരം കുറ്റവാളിയാണെന്ന് പോലീസ് തിരുവല്ല ജുഡിഷ്യല് ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയില് സമര്പ്പിച്ച റിമാന്ഡ് റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറയുന്നു. രാഹുല് തന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക പദവി ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്ത് നിരവധി വീട്ടമ്മമാരെയും അവിവാഹിതകളായ യുവതികളെയും വിവാഹ വാഗ്ദാനം നല്കി ചൂഷണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് പോലീസ് പറയുന്നു. ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള കുറ്റങ്ങള് അദ്ദേഹം ആവര്ത്തിക്കാന് സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്നും റിപ്പോര്ട്ടിലുണ്ട്.

കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്ത തന്റെ മൊബൈല് ഫോണിന്റെ ലോക്ക് തുറക്കാന് രാഹുല് വിസമ്മതിച്ചു. അന്വേഷണവുമായി അദ്ദേഹം സഹകരിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും പോലീസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
പ്രതിക്ക് ഉന്നത രാഷ്ട്രീയ ബന്ധങ്ങളുള്ളതിനാല് സാക്ഷികളെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാനും പീഡനത്തിന് ഇരയായവരെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്താനും തെളിവുകള് നശിപ്പിക്കാനും സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. അതിനാല് ജാമ്യം അനുവദിക്കുന്നത് അപകടകരമാണെന്ന് അന്വേഷണ സംഘം കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു.
രാഹുല് പ്രതിയായ കേസുകളിലെ സ്ത്രീകളെ സൈബര് ബുള്ളിയിംഗിലൂടെ അധിക്ഷേപിക്കാനും അവരുടെ വ്യക്തിവിവരങ്ങള് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി അപമാനിക്കാനും ശ്രമം നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു.
മൂന്നാം മാനഭംഗക്കേസിലെ പരാതിക്കാരിയുമായുള്ള ചാറ്റുകളും നഗ്ന വീഡിയോകളും പകര്ത്തിയ ഫോണ് കണ്ടെത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ടെന്നും ഇതിനായി പ്രതിയെ കസ്റ്റഡിയില് വാങ്ങി കൂടുതല് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തണമെന്നും പോലീസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
ആശുപത്രിയില് നിന്ന് രാഹുലിനെ പുറത്തിറക്കിയത് അതീവ സുരക്ഷയിലായിരുന്നു. രാഹുലിനെതിരെ ഡിവൈഎഫ്ഐ, യുവമോര്ച്ച പ്രവര്ത്തകര് പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചിരുന്നു. വൈദ്യപരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതിനിടെ പ്രതിഷേധക്കാര് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കൈയേറ്റം ചെയ്യാനും ശ്രമിച്ചു. തുടര്ന്നാണ് സുരക്ഷ കര്ശനമാക്കിയത്.

ഇതേസമയം, ലൈംഗിക പീഡന പരാതി നല്കിയ യുവതിയുമായി മുന്പ് ബന്ധമുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഹുല് മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തില് എം.എല്.എ പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിന് മൊഴി നല്കി.
സോഷ്യല് മീഡിയ വഴിയാണ് പരാതിക്കാരിയെ പരിചയപ്പെട്ടതെന്ന് രാഹുല് സമ്മതിച്ചു. യുവതി തന്റെ വിവാഹജീവിതത്തില് പ്രശ്നങ്ങള് നേരിടുന്ന സമയത്താണ് രാഹുല് അവരെ പരിചയപ്പെട്ടതെന്ന് പരാതിയില് പറയുന്നു.
യുവതിയുമായി ബന്ധമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്ന് സമ്മതിച്ചെങ്കിലും, പരാതിയില് ആരോപിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവരെ ഗര്ഭഛിദ്രത്തിന് നിര്ബന്ധിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് രാഹുല് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
പത്തനംതിട്ട സ്വദേശിയായ യുവതി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക് നല്കിയ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് രാഹുലിനെ പാലക്കാട്ടെ ഹോട്ടലില് നിന്ന് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തത്. ഇത് രാഹുലിനെതിരെ രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യുന്ന മൂന്നാമത്തെ ബലാത്സംഗ കേസാണ്.

Abandoned by the Congress Party
In a significant shift, the Congress party, which had previously supported Rahul during legal troubles, has completely disowned him this time. The party stated that it would not take any responsibility for the case nor provide any support. Notably, no senior Congress leaders or prominent workers were present when he was produced in court.

Tense scenes were witnessed as DYFI and Yuva Morcha activists staged massive protests while Rahul was being taken for his medical examination. Due to attempts by protesters to manhandle him, the police had to escort him to the magistrate under heavy security.
