അടൂര്‍: പാലക്കാട് എം.എല്‍.എ രാഹുല്‍ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിലിനെതിരെ ഉയര്‍ന്ന മൂന്നാമത്തെ ലൈംഗിക പീഡനക്കേസിലെ പരാതിയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്ത്. സംസാരിക്കാനുണ്ടെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് രാഹുല്‍ തിരുവല്ലയിലെ ഹോട്ടലിലേക്ക് വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി തന്നെ ക്രൂരമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു എന്നാണ് യുവതിയുടെ പരാതി. 2024 ഏപ്രില്‍ 8-നാണ് സംഭവം നടന്നത്.

എതിര്‍ക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ മുഖത്തടിക്കുകയും തുപ്പുകയും ചെയ്തുവെന്നും യുവതി ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. മൂന്നു മണിക്കൂറോളം പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു. തന്റെ സഹോദരിയുടെ വിവാഹം മുടക്കുമെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തിയതായും വലിയ ബന്ധങ്ങളുണ്ടെന്ന് ഓര്‍മ്മിപ്പിച്ച് നിശബ്ദയാക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചതായും പരാതിയില്‍ പറയുന്നു.

പീഡനത്തിന് ശേഷം താന്‍ ഗര്‍ഭിണിയായ വിവരം അറിയിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ ആദ്യം സ്‌നേഹത്തോടെ സംസാരിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും പിന്നീട് തന്നെ അവഗണിക്കാന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയെന്നും ഗര്‍ഭത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദി താനല്ല എന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞതായും യുവതി വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. പിന്നീട് ഗര്‍ഭം അലസിപ്പോയതായും മൊഴിയിലുണ്ട്.

പാലക്കാട് ഉപതിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സമയത്ത് ആഹാരം കഴിക്കാന്‍ പോലും പണമില്ലെന്ന് രാഹുലിന്റെ സുഹൃത്ത് ഫെനി പറഞ്ഞതനുസരിച്ച് 10,000 രൂപ അയച്ചുകൊടുത്തതായും ചൂരല്‍മല ദുരിതാശ്വാസ നിധിയിലേക്ക് പണം നല്‍കിയതായും യുവതി പറയുന്നു.

രാഹുലിനെതിരെ നേരത്തെ പരാതി നല്‍കിയവര്‍ക്ക് കടുത്ത സൈബര്‍ ആക്രമണം നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നതിനാലാണ് പരാതി നല്‍കാന്‍ വൈകിയതെന്ന് വിദേശത്ത് കഴിയുന്ന യുവതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

നിലവില്‍ ഈ കേസില്‍ രാഹുല്‍ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിലിനെ 14 ദിവസത്തേക്ക് റിമാന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്. പരാതി നല്‍കിയ യുവതിയുമായി തനിക്ക് നേരത്തെ ബന്ധമുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ സമ്മതിച്ചിരുന്നു. സോഷ്യല്‍ മീഡിയ വഴിയാണ് ഇവരെ പരിചയപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

പാലക്കാട്ടെ ഒരു ഹോട്ടലില്‍ നിന്നാണ് രാഹുലിനെ പോലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തത്. വൈദ്യപരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി പത്തനംതിട്ട ജനറല്‍ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ എത്തിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ വലിയ പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങള്‍ അരങ്ങേറി.

ഈ കേസില്‍ രാഹുലിനെ ഒരു തരത്തിലും പിന്തുണയ്ക്കില്ലെന്നും ഇതിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം പാര്‍ട്ടി ഏറ്റെടുക്കില്ലെന്നും കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

രാഹുലിനെതിരെയുള്ള നടപടിയില്‍ പോലീസിനെ സംസ്ഥാന വനിതാ കമ്മിഷന്‍ അധ്യക്ഷ പി. സതീദേവി പ്രശംസിച്ചു. മനുഷ്യത്വരഹിതമായ പീഡനവും സാമ്പത്തിക തട്ടിപ്പും നടന്നതായി അവര്‍ ആരോപിച്ചു.

രാഹുലിന്റെ അറസ്റ്റില്‍ സന്തോഷമുണ്ടെന്നും ദൈവം നീതി നടപ്പാക്കിയെന്നും ആദ്യ കേസിലെ പരാതിക്കാരി പ്രതികരിച്ചു. രാഹുല്‍ സ്ഥിരം കുറ്റവാളിയാണെന്നാണ് റിമാന്‍ഡ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ പറയുന്നത്.

The woman, who currently resides abroad, explained that the delay in filing the complaint was due to the severe cyber-attacks faced by those who had previously complained against Rahul.

Currently, Rahul Mamkootathil has been remanded for 14 days in connection with this case. Rahul had previously admitted to having a relationship with the complainant, stating they met through social media.

Rahul was taken into police custody from a hotel in Palakkad. Significant protests erupted when he was brought to the Pathanamthitta General Hospital for a medical examination.

The Congress party has clarified that it will not support Rahul in any way regarding this case and that the party will not take responsibility for his actions.

State Women's Commission Chairperson P. Sathidevi praised the police action against Rahul. she alleged that both "inhumane" abuse and financial fraud had taken place.

The complainant from the first case reacted to the arrest by stating she was happy and that "God has delivered justice." The remand report describes Rahul as a habitual offender.
