പത്തനംതിട്ട:  ബലാത്സംഗ കേസില്‍ രാഹുല്‍ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ എം എല്‍ എയെ തിരുവല്ലയിലെ ക്ലബ് സെവന്‍ ഹോട്ടലില്‍ എത്തിച്ച് അന്വേഷക സംഘം തെളിവെടുപ്പ് നടത്തി. കനത്ത സുരക്ഷയില്‍ പത്തനംതിട്ട എആര്‍ ക്യാമ്പില്‍ നിന്നാണ് രാഹുലിനെ ഹോട്ടലില്‍ എത്തിച്ചത്.

പീഡനം നടന്നത് ഈ ഹോട്ടലിലാണെന്ന് യുവതി പരാതിപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. വെളുപ്പിന് 5.40-ന് പത്തനംതിട്ട എ.ആര്‍ ക്യാമ്പില്‍ നിന്ന് പോലീസ് സംഘം രാഹുലുമായി പുറപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു. തെളിവെടുപ്പിനെ കുറിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ് നിരവധി ആളുകളും സ്ഥലത്ത് തടിച്ചുകൂടി. 

തെളിവെടുപ്പ് പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം തിരികെ പത്തനംതിട്ട എആര്‍ ക്യാമ്പിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോയി. ഇനി പാലക്കാട് എത്തിച്ച് തെളിവെടുപ്പ് നടത്തിയേക്കും. പാലക്കാട്ടെ ഫ്‌ളാറ്റില്‍ വച്ചും പീഡിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്ന് യുവതിയുടെ പരാതിയില്‍ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇന്നും രാഹുലിനെ എസ്‌ഐടി  വിശദമായി ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യും. 15ന് വൈകിട്ടാണ് രാഹുലിനെ തിരികെ കോടതിയില്‍ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടത്. മറ്റന്നാളാണ് രാഹുലിന്റെ ജാമ്യാക്ഷേ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്. 

ഇന്നലെ നടത്തിയ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യലില്‍ രാഹുല്‍ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ അന്വേഷണവുമായി സഹകരിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നാണ് പോലീസ് വൃത്തങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കുന്ന വിവരം. പല ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കും മറുപടി ചിരി മാത്രമാണ്. 

ഹോട്ടലിലെ 408 നമ്പര്‍ മുറിയിലാണ് അന്നു വന്നതെന്നു രാഹുല്‍ പൊലീസിനോടു പറഞ്ഞുവെന്നാണ് അറിയുന്നത്. മുറി രാഹുല്‍ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു. ഹോട്ടലില്‍ മുറി എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത് യുവതിയുടെ പേരിലാണ്. ഒപ്പമുള്ളയാളുടെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് രാഹുല്‍ ബി ആര്‍ എന്നാണുള്ളത്. ഹോട്ടലിലേക്കു ചിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു പോയ രാഹുല്‍ തിരികെ വരുമ്പോള്‍ ഗൗരവത്തിലായിരുന്നു. എന്തെങ്കിലും പറയാനുണ്ടോ എന്ന മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരുടെ ചോദ്യത്തിന് മൗനമായിരുന്നു മറുപടി. ഹോട്ടലില്‍ ഒരു മണിക്കൂര്‍ തങ്ങിയെന്നാണ് രാഹുല്‍ പൊലീസിനോടു സമ്മതിച്ചത്. ഇവിടെ വച്ചു ബലാത്സംഗം ചെയ്തിരുന്നോ എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് ഉത്തരം തന്നില്ലെന്നും പൊലീസ് പറയുന്നു.  മാസങ്ങള്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാല്‍ അന്നത്തെ സിസി ടിവി ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ലഭ്യമല്ല. ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ വീണ്ടെടുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുമോ എന്നറിയാനായി ഹാര്‍ഡ് ഡിസ്‌ക് പൊലീസ് എടുത്തു.

യുവതിയുടെ പരാതിയുടേയും മൊഴിയുടേയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് എസ്‌ഐടി ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇരുപതിലധികം ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള ഉത്തരമാണ് കിട്ടേണ്ടത്. ഡിവൈ എസ്പിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് രാഹുലിനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണിന്റെയും ലാപ്‌ടോപ്പിന്റെയും പാസ്സ്വേര്‍ഡുകള്‍ നല്‍കാന്‍ തയ്യാറായില്ല. അറസ്റ്റ് നിയമവിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നും പരാതിക്കാരിയുടെ മൊഴിയെടുത്തതില്‍ ചട്ടലംഘനം നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നുമാണ് പ്രതിഭാഗം കോടതിയില്‍ വാദിക്കുന്നത്. വീഡിയോ കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സിംഗിലൂടെയാണ് പരാതിക്കാരിയുടെ മൊഴിയെടുത്തത്. മൊഴിയെടുത്താല്‍ മൂന്ന് ദിവസത്തിനകം ഒപ്പിടണം എന്ന കാര്യം പാലിച്ചില്ലെന്നും രാഹുലിന്റെ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. അറസ്റ്റ് വിവരം പ്രതിയോട് പറഞ്ഞില്ല. രണ്ട് സാക്ഷികളുടെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തില്‍ അറസ്റ്റ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്ന നിബന്ധന പാലിച്ചില്ലെന്നും പ്രതിഭാഗം വാദിച്ചു.

ഇതിനിടെ, അറസ്റ്റിലാകുമ്പോള്‍ ഹോട്ടല്‍ മുറിയില്‍ വച്ചിരുന്ന രാഹുലിന്റെ മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍ ശാസ്ത്രീയ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അയക്കും. ഫോണില്‍ സുപ്രധാന ചാറ്റുകളുണ്ടെന്ന നിഗമനത്തിലാണ് പൊലീസ്. കസ്റ്റഡിയില്‍ എടുത്ത വേളയില്‍ ഫോണ്‍ കയ്യില്‍ എടുക്കണമെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിലും പൊലീസ് സമ്മതിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. പിന്നീട് റൂമില്‍ നിന്ന് പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയില്‍ എടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.

രാഹുല്‍ അറസ്റ്റ് നോട്ടീസില്‍ ഒപ്പിടാത്തത് എന്താണെന്ന് കോടതി ചോദിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ അറസ്റ്റ് താന്‍ തടഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലെന്നും കേസ് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രേരിതമാണെന്നുമായിരുന്നു രാഹുലിന്റെ വാദം. തന്നെ കൊണ്ടുനടന്ന് പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് പൊലീസ് ശ്രമിക്കുകയായിരുന്നതെന്നും അറസ്റ്റിനു ശേഷം ഏറെ നേരം കസ്റ്റഡിയിലിരുത്തിയെന്നും രാഹുല്‍ വാദിക്കുന്നു.
