കണ്ണൂര്‍ : പയ്യന്നൂരില്‍ സി.വി ധനരാജ് രക്തസാക്ഷി ഫണ്ടില്‍ നിന്ന് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ ഒരു കോടി രൂപ നേതാക്കള്‍ തട്ടിയെടുത്തുവെന്ന് പരസ്യമായി വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയ ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗം വി. കുഞ്ഞിക്കൃഷ്ണനെ സി.പി.എം പുറത്താക്കി. പയ്യന്നൂര്‍ എം.എല്‍.എ ടി.ഐ. മധുസൂദനന്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ളവര്‍ക്കെതിരെയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ നീക്കങ്ങള്‍.

കുഞ്ഞിക്കൃഷ്ണന്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിയെ വഞ്ചിച്ചുവെന്നും ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കോടാലിക്കൈ ആയി മാറിയെന്നും സി.പി.എം കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി കെ.കെ. രാഗേഷ് വാര്‍ത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ ആരോപിച്ചു.

പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ അച്ചടക്കം ലംഘിച്ചു, പാര്‍ട്ടി രഹസ്യങ്ങള്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ചോര്‍ത്തി നല്‍കി, പാര്‍ട്ടി വിരുദ്ധമായ രീതിയില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് പ്രധാന കുറ്റങ്ങള്‍. കുഞ്ഞികൃഷ്ണനെ പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ നിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കാന്‍ സിപിഎം കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് തീരുമാനിക്കുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഗേഷ് പറയുന്നു.

സിപിഎം സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി എം.വി. ഗോവിന്ദന്‍, സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് അംഗം എം.വി. ജയരാജന്‍ എന്നിവരുടെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന യോഗത്തിലാണ് വി. കുഞ്ഞികൃഷ്ണനെ പുറത്താക്കാനുള്ള തീരുമാനമെടുത്തത്. 

രക്തസാക്ഷി ധനരാജ് കുടുംബ സഹായ ഫണ്ട്, തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഫണ്ട്, പാര്‍ട്ടി ഓഫീസ് നിര്‍മ്മാണ ഫണ്ട് എന്നിവയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം ഒരുകോടി രൂപയോളം പയ്യന്നൂര്‍ എംഎല്‍എ ടി.ഐ. മധുസൂദനന്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള നേതാക്കള്‍ തട്ടിയെടുത്തു എന്നായിരുന്നു കുഞ്ഞികൃഷ്ണന്റെ പ്രധാന ആരോപണം.  തന്റെ ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ വിശദീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് 'നേതാക്കളെ തിരുത്താന്‍ അണികള്‍' എന്ന പേരില്‍ കുഞ്ഞികൃഷ്ണന്‍ ഒരു പുസ്തകം എഴുതിയതും പാര്‍ട്ടി അച്ചടക്ക ലംഘനമായി കണക്കാക്കി.

ഫണ്ട് തട്ടിപ്പ് നടന്നിട്ടില്ലെന്നാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക വിശദീകരണം. കണക്കുകള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതില്‍ കാലതാമസം വന്നതിന്റെ പേരിലാണ് നേരത്തെ നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരെ നടപടിയെടുത്തതെന്നും, പണം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലെന്നും രാഗേഷ് പറയുന്നു.

കുഞ്ഞിക്കൃഷ്ണന്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിക്കുള്ളിലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ചോര്‍ത്തി നല്‍കിയതായും, തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് വൈരാഗ്യബുദ്ധിയോടെ പെരുമാറുന്നതായും രാഗേഷ് ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.

2022-ല്‍ ഈ വിവാദം ഉയര്‍ന്നപ്പോള്‍ കുഞ്ഞിക്കൃഷ്ണനെ പയ്യന്നൂര്‍ ഏരിയാ കമ്മിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പിന്നീട് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റിയിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചെടുത്തിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പയ്യന്നൂര്‍ എം.എല്‍.എ ടി.ഐ. മധുസൂദനനുമായുള്ള ഭിന്നത വീണ്ടും പരസ്യമായതോടെയാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ പുറത്താക്കല്‍ നടപടി ഉണ്ടായത്.

മുന്‍പ് പയ്യന്നൂര്‍ ഏരിയ കമ്മിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് കുഞ്ഞിക്കൃഷ്ണനെ മാറ്റിയപ്പോള്‍ വലിയ ജനകീയ പ്രതിഷേധം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇത്തവണ പ്രാഥമിക അംഗത്വത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് തന്നെ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ പുറത്താക്കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള കടുത്ത നടപടിയാണ് സി.പി.എം സ്വീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

കണക്കുകള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതില്‍ വീഴ്ചയുണ്ടായതല്ലാതെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ ധനാപഹരണം നടന്നിട്ടില്ലെന്നാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ ആഭ്യന്തര അന്വേഷണ കമ്മിഷന്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയതെന്ന് രാഗേഷ് പറയുന്നു.

Reasons for Expulsion: The main charges include violating party discipline, leaking party secrets to the media, and engaging in anti-party activities. The decision to expel him from the primary membership was taken by the CPM Kannur District Secretariat.

High-Level Meeting: The decision was finalized in a meeting attended by CPM State Secretary M.V. Govindan and State Secretariat member M.V. Jayarajan.

The Allegations: Kunhikrishnan had alleged that leaders, including MLA T.I. Madhusoodanan, misappropriated nearly ?1 crore from the Dhanaraj Martyr’s Family Relief Fund, election funds, and the party office construction fund. He also authored a book titled "Nethakkale Thiruthan Anikal" (Cadres to Correct Leaders), which the party viewed as a serious breach of discipline.

The Party’s Defense: K.K. Ragesh maintained that no fund embezzlement occurred. According to him, an internal commission found only a delay in presenting accounts, not personal financial misappropriation. Previous actions against leaders were reportedly taken based on these accounting lapses.

Historical Context: This dispute dates back to 2022. While Kunhikrishnan was initially removed from the Payyannur Area Committee (which sparked significant public protest at the time), he was later reinstated to the District Committee. However, the recurring and public nature of his rift with MLA T.I. Madhusoodanan led to this final expulsion.

Ragesh further accused Kunhikrishnan of acting out of vendetta and leaking internal information to the media, especially with elections approaching.
