BJP Received ?6,654 Crore in Donations Last Year; 43% Decline for Congress

ന്യൂഡല്ഹി: 2024-25 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്ഷത്തില് ബിജെപിക്ക് 6,654.93 കോടി രൂപ സംഭാവനയായി ലഭിച്ചു. ലോക്സഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടന്ന വര്ഷം കൂടിയായ ഈ കാലയളവില് മുന് വര്ഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് സംഭാവനകളില് 68 ശതമാനം വര്ധനയാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്ട്ടിയായ ബിജെപി തങ്ങള്ക്ക് ലഭിച്ച സംഭാവനകളുടെ റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മിഷന് സമര്പ്പിച്ചു.
കഴിഞ്ഞ സാമ്പത്തിക വര്ഷം 3,967 കോടി രൂപയായിരുന്ന സംഭാവന ഇത്തവണ 6,654 കോടിയായി ഉയര്ന്നു. 20,000 രൂപയ്ക്ക് മുകളിലുള്ള സംഭാവനകളുടെ വിവരങ്ങളാണ് റിപ്പോര്ട്ടിലുള്ളത്.
ബിജെപിക്ക് ലഭിച്ച മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഏകദേശം 40 ശതമാനവും കോര്പ്പറേറ്റ് കമ്പനികള് ചേര്ന്ന് രൂപീകരിച്ച ഇലക്ടറല് ട്രസ്റ്റുകള് വഴിയാണ് ലഭിച്ചത്.
പ്രുഡന്റ് ഇലക്ടറല് ട്രസ്റ്റ് (2,180 കോടി), പ്രോഗ്രസീവ് ഇലക്ടറല് ട്രസ്റ്റ് (757 കോടി), ന്യൂ ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് ഇലക്ടറല് ട്രസ്റ്റ് (150 കോടി) എന്നിവയാണ് പ്രധാന ദാതാക്കള്.

സീറം ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഒഫ് ഇന്ത്യ: 100 കോടി രൂപ.
രുങ്ത സണ്സ് പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്: 95 കോടി രൂപ.
വേദാന്ത: 67 കോടി രൂപ.
ലോധ ഡെവലപ്പേഴ്സ്: 65 കോടി രൂപ.
ബജാജ് ഗ്രൂപ്പ്: 65 കോടി രൂപ.
ഐടിസി ലിമിറ്റഡ്: 35 കോടി രൂപ.
വ്യക്തിഗത സംഭാവനകള്: അസം മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഹിമന്ത ബിശ്വ ശര്മ്മ (3 ലക്ഷം), കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി ധര്മേന്ദ്ര പ്രധാന് (1 ലക്ഷം), ഒഡീഷ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മോഹന് ചരണ് മാജി (5 ലക്ഷം) തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ബിജെപി നേതാക്കളും സംഭാവന നല്കി.
ഇലക്ടറല് ബോണ്ട് പദ്ധതി ഭരണഘടനാ വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം ബോണ്ടുകള് ഇല്ലാതെ സംഭാവന സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന ആദ്യ വര്ഷമാണിത്. അജ്ഞാതമായി പണം നല്കാവുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതി വഴി മുന്പ് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്ട്ടികള്ക്ക് വലിയ തുക ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു, അതില് സിംഹഭാഗവും ബിജെപിക്കായിരുന്നു ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നത്.
മുന്പ് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്ട്ടികള്ക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിരുന്ന വലിയൊരു ശതമാനം തുകയും ബോണ്ടുകള് വഴിയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് ഇപ്പോള് 20,000 രൂപയ്ക്ക് മുകളിലുള്ള എല്ലാ സംഭാവനകളും പാര്ട്ടികള്ക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മിഷനെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

ബിജെപി ഒഴികെയുള്ള ഭൂരിഭാഗം ദേശീയ-പ്രാദേശിക പാര്ട്ടികള്ക്കും മുന് വര്ഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് സംഭാവനകളില് വലിയ ഇടിവാണ് ഈ സാമ്പത്തിക വര്ഷം ഉണ്ടായത്.
ബിജെപി : കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷത്തെ 3,967 കോടിയില് നിന്ന് 68% വര്ധിച്ച് 6,654.93 കോടിയിലെത്തി.
കോണ്ഗ്രസ് : 1,129 കോടിയില് നിന്ന് 43% കുറഞ്ഞ് 522.13 കോടിയായി.
തൃണമൂല് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് : കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷം 618.8 കോടി ലഭിച്ചിടത്ത് ഇത്തവണ 184.08 കോടി മാത്രം.
ആം ആദ്മി പാര്ട്ടി: മുന് വര്ഷത്തെ 22.1 കോടിയില് നിന്ന് 39.2 കോടിയായി വര്ധന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

Individual Contributions: Several BJP leaders also made donations, including Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma (?3 lakh), Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan (?1 lakh), and Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi (?5 lakh).
This is the first year donations were accepted without Electoral Bonds after the Supreme Court declared the scheme unconstitutional. Previously, political parties received massive sums through this anonymous scheme, with the lion's share going to the BJP. While a large percentage of funds formerly came via bonds, parties are now required to disclose all donations above ?20,000 to the Election Commission.
