താര കൈമാറ്റം സംബന്ധിച്ച് അന്തിമ തീരുമാനത്തിലേക്ക് ഇരു ടീമുകളും എത്തിയെന്നാണ് പുറത്തുവരുന്ന വിവരം. സഞ്ജു സാംസണ്‍ രാജസ്ഥാന്‍ വിടാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചതായി നേരത്തേ തന്നെ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകളുണ്ട്. സഞ്ജുവിനെ ടീമിലെത്തിക്കാന്‍ ഡല്‍ഹിക്കു പുറേമേ പല ടീമുകളും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്.

ട്രസ്റ്റന്‍ സ്റ്റബ്‌സിനെ ടീമില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുന്നതില്‍ രാജസ്ഥാന് സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ ദക്ഷിണാഫ്രിക്കന്‍ താരത്തിനൊപ്പം മറ്റൊരു അണ്‍ ക്യാപ്ഡ് (അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര മത്സരങ്ങളില്‍ കളിക്കാത്ത) കളിക്കാരനെക്കൂടി രാജസ്ഥാന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. എന്നാല്‍ ഡല്‍ഹി അതിനോട് യോജിച്ചില്ല.

സഞ്ജുവിനു പകരം രവീന്ദ്ര ജഡേജയെ വിട്ടുനല്‍കുമോ എന്നറിയാന്‍ ചെന്നൈ സൂപ്പര്‍ കിംഗ്‌സിനെ രാജസ്ഥാന്‍ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ ഫലം കണ്ടില്ല. 

വെങ്കിടേഷ് അയ്യരുടെ കഴിഞ്ഞ സീസണിലെ മോശം പ്രകടനം കാരണം അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഏറ്റെടുക്കാന്‍ ആരും സാധ്യതയില്ല. അയ്യരെ ഒഴിവാക്കുകയാണെങ്കില്‍, കാമറൂണ്‍ ഗ്രീനെപ്പോലുള്ള കളിക്കാരെ ടീമിലെത്തിക്കാന്‍ കെ കെ ആറിനു കഴിഞ്ഞേക്കും.

റിങ്കു സിംഗിനെയും വരുണ്‍ ചക്രവര്‍ത്തിയെയും ഡല്‍ഹി ചോദിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കാന്‍ കൊല്‍ക്കത്ത തയ്യാറല്ല. സഞ്ജു ഡല്‍ഹിയിലെത്തിയാല്‍ കെ എല്‍ രാഹുല്‍ കൊല്‍ക്കത്ത നൈറ്റ് റൈഡേഴ്‌സിലേക്കു പോകാന്‍ സാദ്ധ്യത തെളിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ചില ഐപിഎല്‍ വൃത്തങ്ങള്‍ പറയുന്നുമുണ്ട്.

It is reported that both teams have reached a final decision regarding the player trade. Reports had already surfaced that Sanju Samson has decided to leave Rajasthan. Besides Delhi, several other teams are also interested in acquiring Samson.

Rajasthan is happy about including Tristan Stubbs in their squad. However, Rajasthan requested another uncapped player (one who has not played international matches) along with the South African player. Delhi, however, did not agree to that.

Rajasthan had also approached the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to see if they would release Ravindra Jadeja in exchange for Samson, but those discussions did not materialize.

Meanwhile, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are actively pursuing K.L. Rahul as they are in urgent need of a captain and a top-order batsman. The issue is that while Rahul was acquired for ?14 crore, Kolkata is unable to offer Delhi a suitable player in return.
