കൊച്ചി : ചേരാനല്ലൂരില്‍ അമിതവേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ കാറിടിച്ച് തട്ടുകട ഉടമ ജയബാലകൃഷ്ണന്‍ മരിച്ച സംഭവത്തില്‍, കാര്‍ ഓടിച്ചിരുന്ന പതിനേഴുകാരന്റെ പിതാവായ അഡിഷണല്‍ സെഷന്‍സ് ജഡ്ജിക്കെതിരെ പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് കുടുംബം പൊലീസില്‍ പരാതി നല്‍കി. മരിച്ച ജയബാലകൃഷ്ണന്റെ മകള്‍ ഭദ്രകീര്‍ത്തിയാണ് ജഡ്ജിക്കെതിരെ പരാതി നല്‍കിയത്.
ജഡ്ജി 20 മിനിറ്റോളം ചെലവഴിച്ചുവെന്നും, ആ സമയത്ത് കാറിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഔദ്യോഗിക ബോര്‍ഡ് നീക്കം ചെയ്ത് തെളിവുനശിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചെന്നും പരാതിയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം വഴിതെറ്റിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചതായും കുടുംബം ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. അപകടസ്ഥലത്തുണ്ടായിരുന്നവരില്‍ നിന്നും മറ്റും മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണില്‍ ചിത്രീകരിച്ച വീഡിയോ ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധപൂര്‍വം ഡിലീറ്റ് ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ അപകടത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ട വാഹനം മാറ്റുകയോ കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തതായും സംശയമുണ്ട്. കാറിന് പിന്നിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന 'ജഡ്ജ്' എന്ന ഔദ്യോഗിക ബോര്‍ഡ് അഴിച്ചുമാറ്റിയതായും പരാതിയിലുണ്ട്.
ജഡ്ജിയുടെ അപകടസ്ഥലത്തെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും മറ്റ് ആരോപണങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും ജില്ലാ ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് സംഘം വിശദമായി അന്വേഷിച്ചു വരികയാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കാര്‍ ഓടിച്ചിരുന്ന പതിനേഴുകാരന്റെ പിതാവായ അഡിഷണല്‍ ജഡ്ജിയെ ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് ഇതിനോടകം രണ്ടുതവണ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ജഡ്ജിയുടെ വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത ലാപ്‌ടോപ്പും മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണും സൈബര്‍ വിഭാഗം പരിശോധിച്ചുവരികയാണ്. കൂടാതെ പ്രതിയായ കുട്ടി അമിതവേഗത്തില്‍ കാറോടിക്കുന്ന ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കുവച്ചതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടും കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളുടെ പങ്കിനെക്കുറിച്ചും അന്വേഷണം നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
കേസില്‍ പ്രതിയായ പതിനേഴുകാരന്റെ ജാമ്യം റദ്ദാക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജി കോടതിയുടെ പരിഗണനയിലാണ്. കോടതി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതനുസരിച്ച് കുറ്റമറ്റ രീതിയിലുള്ള കേസ് ഡയറി ഹാജരാക്കാനുള്ള തയ്യാറെടുപ്പിലാണ് അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍. തെളിവുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ജഡ്ജിയെ വീണ്ടും ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുമെന്നും ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
അപകടം നടന്ന ദിവസം രാത്രി ജഡ്ജി സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ നേരിട്ടെത്തുകയും പൊലീസിനെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചതായും, കുട്ടിക്കെതിരെ ചുമത്തേണ്ട ശക്തമായ വകുപ്പുകള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ ഇടപെടലുകള്‍ നടത്തിയതായും കുടുംബം ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഗൗരവമായി അന്വേഷിച്ച് തെളിവ് നശിപ്പിച്ചതിന് പ്രത്യേക എഫ്.ഐ.ആര്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യണമെന്നാണ് കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം.
വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ആര്‍.സി. ഉടമയെന്ന നിലയിലും പ്രായപൂര്‍ത്തിയാകാത്ത കുട്ടിക്ക് വാഹനം നല്‍കിയെന്നുമുള്ള കുറ്റങ്ങള്‍ ചുമത്തിയാണ് ജഡ്ജിക്കെതിരെ പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തത്. ഇതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് മുന്‍കൂര്‍ ജാമ്യത്തിനായി അദ്ദേഹം ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ജഡ്ജി അന്വേഷണവുമായി സഹകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും അതിനാല്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അറസ്റ്റ് തടയണമെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി ഇടക്കാല ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. കുട്ടിയുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ചോര്‍ന്നതിലും കോടതി പ്രോസിക്യൂഷനെതിരെയും പോലീസിനെതിരെയും രൂക്ഷ വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
അപകടത്തിന് കാരണക്കാരനായ 17-കാരന് സംഭവദിവസം തന്നെ സ്റ്റേഷന്‍ ജാമ്യം ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. നീതി ലഭിക്കും വരെ സമരപരിപാടികളുമായി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുമെന്നാണ് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട ജയബാലകൃഷ്ണന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ നിലപാട്.

The complaint states that the judge spent around 20 minutes at the accident site and attempted to destroy evidence by removing the official board attached to the car. Furthermore, there is suspicion that the vehicle involved in the accident was either moved or washed clean. The complaint also highlights that the official 'Judge' board at the rear of the car was unscrewed and removed.
The District Crime Branch team is conducting a detailed investigation into the judge's presence at the accident site and the other allegations. As part of this, the Crime Branch has already interrogated the Additional Judge—the father of the 17-year-old who drove the car—twice.
The laptop and mobile phone seized from the judge's residence are currently being examined by the cyber cell. Additionally, an investigation is underway regarding the video clips shared on social media showing the accused minor driving at high speeds, as well as the involvement of family members.
A petition filed by the prosecution seeking the cancellation of the 17-year-old accused's bail is currently under the consideration of the court. Investigating officers are preparing to present a flawless Case Diary as directed by the court. The Crime Branch has also stated that the judge will be interrogated again based on the evidence.
The family further alleges that on the night of the accident, the judge personally went to the police station, tried to influence the police, and intervened to avoid applying strong legal charges against the boy. The family demands a serious investigation into all these matters and the registration of a separate FIR for the destruction of evidence.
The police had registered a case against the judge in his capacity as the RC owner of the vehicle and for handing over the vehicle to a minor. Following this, he approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail. The High Court issued an interim order staying his arrest, noting that the judge is cooperating with the investigation. The court also sharply criticized the police and the prosecution over the leak of the minor's details.
The 17-year-old responsible for the accident had received station bail on the very day of the incident. The family of the deceased Jayabalakrishnan maintains that they will proceed with protest actions until justice is served.
