കോഴിക്കോട്: സിപിഎം വിശാല സംസ്ഥാന സമിതി യോഗത്തില്‍  സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി എം. വി. ഗോവിന്ദന്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ദുര്‍ബലമാണെന്നും, തോല്‍വിയുടെ പൂര്‍ണ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം കീഴ്ഘടകങ്ങളുടെയും അണികളുടെയും തലയില്‍ മാത്രം ചാരുകയാണെന്നും കാട്ടി കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി ആഞ്ഞടിച്ചതോടെ നേതൃത്വം അമ്പരപ്പിലായി. 

പാര്‍ട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തിനു വലിയ പിടിയുള്ള കണ്ണൂരില്‍ നിന്നു തന്നെ രൂക്ഷ വിമര്‍ശനം വന്നതോടെ മറ്റു ജില്ലാ ഘടകങ്ങളും വിമര്‍ശനം ശക്തമാക്കി. തളിപ്പറമ്പ് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥിത്വ വിവാദം പോലുള്ള വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ കൃത്യമായി പരാമര്‍ശിച്ചില്ല എന്നും വിമര്‍ശനമുയര്‍ന്നു.  ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ വ്യക്തികേന്ദ്രീകൃത വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കടക്കാതെ സംഘടനാപരമായ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളില്‍ മാത്രം കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കാന്‍ നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. എങ്കിലും വിമര്‍ശനം ശക്തമായി തന്നെ തുടര്‍ന്നു. ഭാര്യയ്ക്കു സീറ്റു കിട്ടാനായി എംവി ഗോവിന്ദന്‍ നടത്തിയ നീക്കങ്ങള്‍ വലിയ വിമര്‍ശനത്തിനിടയാക്കി. ഭരണ നേതൃത്വത്തിനെതിരേയും വിമര്‍ശനം ഉയര്‍ന്നു. 

തുടര്‍ഭരണത്തിന് 'കാരണഭൂതരായവര്‍' പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി നേരിടുന്ന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് തോല്‍വികളുടെയും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം ഏറ്റെടുക്കണമെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റിയിലെ പൊതുചര്‍ച്ചയില്‍ കാസര്‍കോട് നിന്നുള്ള പ്രതിനിധി പരോക്ഷമായി പിണറായി വിജയനെ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് വിമര്‍ശനം ഉന്നയിച്ചു.

കാസര്‍കോടിന് പുറമെ കൊല്ലം, തൃശൂര്‍, ആലപ്പുഴ, പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റികളും സമാനമായ വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചു.

പയ്യന്നൂരിലെ പാര്‍ട്ടി പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ തളിപ്പറമ്പില്‍ മനഃപൂര്‍വ്വം കണ്ണടച്ച നടപടി സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി എം.വി. ഗോവിന്ദന് ഒഴിഞ്ഞുമാറാനുള്ള ശ്രമമാണെന്ന സൂചനകളും യോഗത്തില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

ഇ.ഡി അന്വേഷണങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പിണറായി വിജയനും മുഹമ്മദ് റിയാസിനും സംരക്ഷണം ഒരുക്കണമെന്ന നിലപാടാണ് കോഴിക്കോട് നിന്നുള്ള പ്രതിനിധികള്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. ഇ.ഡി ചട്ടമ്പിമാരെപ്പോലെ പെരുമാറുന്നുവെന്നും വിമര്‍ശനം ഉയര്‍ന്നുവന്നു.

തുടര്‍നടപടികള്‍  വിശാല സംസ്ഥാന സമിതിക്ക് ശേഷം തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ താഴെത്തട്ടിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാന്‍ വിശാല ജില്ലാ സമിതി യോഗങ്ങള്‍ ചേരും.  തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഏരിയ, ലോക്കല്‍, ബ്രാഞ്ച് തലങ്ങളിലേക്കും തിരുത്തല്‍ നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങള്‍ നടപ്പിലാക്കും.  

പാര്‍ട്ടി പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം കാലാനുസൃതമായി പരിഷ്‌കരിക്കാനും, കൈവിട്ടുപോയ ജനകീയ അടിത്തറ തിരിച്ചുപിടിക്കാനും ജനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നേരിട്ട് ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെല്ലാനും തീരുമാനമായി.

ബ്രാഞ്ച് തലം മുതല്‍ വര്‍ഗ ബഹുജന സംഘടനകളില്‍ നിന്നുവരെ ലഭിച്ച നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങള്‍ ക്രോഡീകരിച്ചാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് തയ്യാറാക്കിയത്. അണികളില്‍ ഉണ്ടായ വീഴ്ചകള്‍ തിരുത്താനും പാര്‍ട്ടി അംഗങ്ങളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉയര്‍ത്താനും നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കി.  ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങള്‍ വര്‍ഗീയവാദികളുടെ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളാകാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കരുതെന്നും വിശ്വാസികളെ കൂടെനിര്‍ത്തി വര്‍ഗീയതയ്ക്കെതിരെ പോരാടണമെന്നും നിര്‍ദ്ദേശമുയര്‍ന്നു.

സിപിഎം-ബിജെപി അന്തര്‍ധാരണ ആരോപണത്തെ ഫലപ്രദമായി ചെറുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തതാണ് നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലെ തിരിച്ചടിക്കും പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ പതനത്തിനും കാരണമായതെന്ന് സമിതി സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കുന്നു. കോണ്‍ഗ്രസും മുസ്ലിം ലീഗും ജമാഅത്തെ ഇസ്ലാമിയും ഉന്നയിച്ച ഈ ആരോപണം തടയാന്‍ സാധിക്കാത്തത് ക്രിസ്ത്യന്‍ ന്യൂനപക്ഷ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലടക്കം പാര്‍ട്ടിക്കെതിരെയുള്ള ചിന്താഗതി രൂപപ്പെടാന്‍ ഇടയാക്കി. 

വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളും കര്‍ഷകത്തൊഴിലാളികളും ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള പരമ്പരാഗത വോട്ട് ബാങ്കിലും ചോര്‍ച്ചയുണ്ടായി. ഗ്ലോബല്‍ അയ്യപ്പസംഗമത്തില്‍ ഉത്തര്‍പ്രദേശ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി യോഗി ആദിത്യനാഥിന്റെ സന്ദേശം വായിച്ചതും സിപിഐയെ പോലും വിശ്വാസത്തിലെടുക്കാതെ പിഎം ശ്രീ പദ്ധതിയില്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടതും ബിജെപിയുമായി ധാരണയുണ്ടെന്ന പ്രചാരണങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ശക്തി പകര്‍ന്നു. കൂടാതെ, തോല്‍വിയുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം നേതാക്കള്‍ ഏറ്റെടുക്കണമെന്നും യോഗത്തില്‍ ആവശ്യമുയര്‍ന്നു.

2021-ന് ശേഷം എല്ലാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലും തിരിച്ചടി നേരിട്ടപ്പോള്‍ ജനങ്ങളുടെ വികാരം മനസ്സിലാക്കി അനുയോജ്യമായ തന്ത്രങ്ങള്‍ രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതില്‍ സംസ്ഥാന നേതൃത്വം പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു. കൂടാതെ, പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട വിശ്വാസ്യത വീണ്ടെടുക്കാന്‍ യോഗത്തില്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച രേഖകള്‍ പര്യാപ്തമല്ലെന്ന് അഭിപ്രായമുയര്‍ന്നു.

പാര്‍ട്ടി കേന്ദ്ര-സംസ്ഥാന നേതൃത്വങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെ യോഗത്തില്‍ ഉയര്‍ന്ന കടുത്ത വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങളെയും സ്വയംവിമര്‍ശനങ്ങളെയും എം വി ഗോവിന്ദന് സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്തു. 'എന്നെപ്പറ്റി വിമര്‍ശനം ഉയര്‍ന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ പിന്നെന്ത് സമ്മേളനം, ഞങ്ങളെല്ലാം തിരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്' എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

ആരോഗ്യകരമായ വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങളിലൂടെയും സ്വയംവിമര്‍ശനങ്ങളിലൂടെയും സ്വയം തിരുത്തി പാര്‍ട്ടി കൂടുതല്‍ കരുത്താര്‍ജ്ജിക്കുമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് ജനങ്ങളുമായുള്ള ബന്ധം കുറഞ്ഞു എന്നത് യോഗത്തിലെ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ തന്നെ സ്വയംവിമര്‍ശനാത്മകമായി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

പാര്‍ട്ടി പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ക്കിടയിലെ അനധികൃത സ്വത്ത് സമ്പാദനത്തില്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടി കര്‍ശനമായി ഇടപെടും.

ഇ.ഡി അടക്കമുള്ള കേന്ദ്ര അന്വേഷണ ഏജന്‍സികള്‍ക്കെതിരെ ദേശീയതലത്തില്‍ പൊതുവേദി രൂപീകരിക്കണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തു.

 The CPM leadership was left stunned as the Kannur District Committee launched a scathing attack during the CPM Expanded State Committee meeting. They alleged that the report presented by State Secretary M. V. Govindan was weak and merely shifted the entire blame for the election losses onto lower units and cadre.

With severe criticism emerging from Kannur—traditionally a stronghold of the party leadership—other district units also intensified their opposition. Concerns were raised that key issues, such as the Taliparamba candidacy controversy, were omitted from the report. A delegate from Kasaragod implicitly targeted Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, stating that those hailed as the 'architects' (Karanabhoothar) of the re-election must also take full responsibility for the party’s continuous electoral defeats. Representatives from Kollam, Thrissur, Alappuzha, and Pathanamthitta district committees echoed similar sentiments.

Delegates pointed out that while issues in Payyannur were highlighted, deliberately turning a blind eye to events in Taliparamba was an attempt by M. V. Govindan to evade accountability.

Meanwhile, delegates from Kozhikode urged the party to shield Pinarayi Vijayan and Muhammad Riyas from Enforcement Directorate (ED) probes, accusing the agency of acting like thugs.

Expanded District Committee meetings will convene to convey decisions down to the grassroots level, followed by corrective measures implemented across Area, Local, and Branch levels.

The party resolved to modernize its operations, re-establish lost public connections, and directly engage with the masses.

The draft report was compiled using feedback gathered from branch levels up to class-based mass organizations. Instructions were issued to rectify cadre lapses and raise the quality of party membership.

Delegates directed members to ensure temples do not become hubs for communal forces, emphasizing the need to stand with believers to combat communalism.

Report Highlights

The failure to effectively counter allegations of a CPM-BJP unholy nexus led to setbacks in the Assembly elections and the party's decline.

Allegations raised by the Congress, Muslim League, and Jamaat-e-Islami went unchecked, alienating key demographics, including the Christian minority community.

Traditional vote banks, including students and agricultural workers, suffered significant erosion.

Reading Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s message at the Global Ayyappa Sangamam and signing the PM SHRI scheme without taking even the CPI into confidence fueled accusations of a secret deal with the BJP.

Delegates noted that the state leadership failed to gauge public sentiment or form effective strategies despite recurring setbacks since 2021. Furthermore, the documents presented were deemed insufficient to restore the party's lost credibility.

M. V. Govindan welcomed the severe criticism and self-criticism, stating, "What kind of conference would it be if criticism wasn't raised against me? We all need to correct ourselves." He added that the party would strengthen itself through healthy debate and acknowledged that the report itself self-critically notes a weakened connection with the public.

He declared that the party will strictly intervene regarding illegal asset acquisition among workers and called for a national-level platform to counter central probe agencies like the ED.
