ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി : കോക്രോച്ച് ജനതാ പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ യുവാക്കള്‍ സംഘടിച്ചു നടത്തുന്ന പ്രക്ഷോഭം ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ അയവില്ലാതെ തുടരുന്നു. നാഷണല്‍ ടെസ്റ്റിംഗ് ഏജന്‍സി നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷകളിലെ ചോദ്യപേപ്പര്‍ ചോര്‍ച്ചയും ക്രമക്കേടുകളും ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിച്ചാണ് ജന്തര്‍ മന്തറില്‍ പ്രക്ഷോഭം നടക്കുന്നത്. കൊണാട്ട് പ്ലേസിന് സമീപമുള്ള ടോള്‍സ്റ്റോയ് മാര്‍ഗില്‍  പ്രതിഷേധക്കാര്‍ സുരക്ഷാ സേനയ്ക്ക് നേരെ കല്ലുകളും ഗ്ലാസ് ബോട്ടിലുകളും എറിഞ്ഞു. സംഭവത്തില്‍ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് കമ്മിഷണര്‍ വിവേക് ഭഗത് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള മുതിര്‍ന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ രാം മനോഹര്‍ ലോഹ്യ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു.

ജനക്കൂട്ടം അക്രമാസക്തരായതോടെ ഡല്‍ഹി പോലീസും റാപ്പിഡ് ആക്ഷന്‍ ഫോഴ്‌സും പ്രതിഷേധക്കാരെ തുരത്താന്‍ ലാത്തിച്ചാര്‍ജ്ജ് നടത്തുകയും കണ്ണീര്‍വാതകം പ്രയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. പ്രതിഷേധം ആരംഭിച്ചത് മുതല്‍ ഇതുവരെ 118 പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്കും 60 പ്രതിഷേധക്കാര്‍ക്കും പരിക്കേറ്റതായി ഡല്‍ഹി പോലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ 15 മുതല്‍ 20 വരെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍-പോലീസ് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കേടുപാടുകള്‍ സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കലാപം ഉണ്ടാക്കല്‍, പൊതുപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരെ ആക്രമിക്കല്‍, പൊതുമുതല്‍ നശിപ്പിക്കല്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ വകുപ്പുകള്‍ ചുമത്തി പാര്‍ലമെന്റ് സ്ട്രീറ്റ്, കൊണാട്ട് പ്ലേസ്, മന്ദിര്‍ മാര്‍ഗ് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള വിവിധ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിലായി 10 എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകള്‍ പോലീസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

അക്രമങ്ങള്‍ നടത്തിയവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയാന്‍ എ.ഐ കാമറ ദൃശ്യങ്ങളും സോഷ്യല്‍ മീഡിയ വീഡിയോകളും പോലീസ് പരിശോധിച്ചുവരികയാണ്.

അക്രമങ്ങള്‍ പടരുന്നത് തടയാന്‍ ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി ജില്ലയിലെ ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനങ്ങള്‍ താല്‍ക്കാലികമായി നിര്‍ത്തിവച്ചു. കൊണാട്ട് പ്ലേസിലെ കടകളും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും വൈകുന്നേരം 6:30-ഓടെ അടയ്ക്കണമെന്ന് പോലീസ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കി.

രാജ്യത്തെ യുവാക്കളുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനാണ് മുന്‍ഗണനയെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി, പരീക്ഷ ചോര്‍ച്ച കേസുകള്‍ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാന്‍ ഫാസ്റ്റ് ട്രാക്ക് കോടതികള്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കുമെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുനല്‍കി. വിഷയത്തില്‍ പാര്‍ലമെന്റില്‍ ചര്‍ച്ചയ്ക്ക് തയ്യാറാണെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി ജെ.പി. നഡ്ഡ അറിയിച്ചു.

കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി ജെ.പി. നഡ്ഡയുടെ വസതിയില്‍ വച്ച് നടത്താനിരുന്ന ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ സി.ജെ.പി ഭാരവാഹികള്‍ നിരസിച്ചു. ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ ജന്തര്‍ മന്ദിറിലോ അതല്ലെങ്കില്‍ നിഷ്പക്ഷമായ ഒരു സ്ഥലത്തോ വച്ച് മാത്രമേ നടത്തൂ എന്ന് പ്രക്ഷോഭകര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

സഫ്ദര്‍ജംഗ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട സോനം വാങ്ചുക് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള നേതാക്കള്‍, സമരം ചെയ്ത വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്കെതിരെ നിയമനടപടികളോ മറ്റ് പ്രതികാര നടപടികളോ ഉണ്ടാകില്ലെന്ന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉറപ്പുനല്‍കുന്നത് വരെ സമരം തുടരുമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

പ്രക്ഷോഭകര്‍ രാജ്യവ്യാപകമായി സമാധാനപരമായ പ്രതിഷേധത്തിന് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പാര്‍ലമെന്റിനും ജന്തര്‍ മന്ദിറിനും ചുറ്റും സൈനിക-പൊലീസ് വ്യൂഹത്തെ വിന്യസിച്ച് ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ കടുത്ത ജാഗ്രത തുടരുകയാണ്.

സിജെപി സ്ഥാപകന്‍ അഭീജിത് ദിപ്‌കെ, വക്താവ് സൗരവ് ദാസ്, സാമൂഹിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തകന്‍ സോനം വാങ്ചുക് എന്നിവരടങ്ങുന്ന നേതാക്കള്‍ മുന്നോട്ട് വെക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇവയാണ്:

• കേന്ദ്ര വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി ധര്‍മ്മേന്ദ്ര പ്രധാന്‍ ഉടനടി രാജിവെക്കുക.
• ബാധിക്കപ്പെട്ട വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളോട് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഔദ്യോഗികമായി ക്ഷമാപണം നടത്തുക.
• വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് നേരെ പോലീസ് അതിക്രമം കാണിച്ചവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കര്‍ശന നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുക.

ചോദ്യപേപ്പര്‍ ചോര്‍ച്ച നടന്ന ശേഷമുള്ള നടപടികള്‍ മാത്രമാണ് ഫാസ്റ്റ് ട്രാക്ക് കോടതികളെന്നും, എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇത്തരം ചോര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ ആവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത് എന്നതിനാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ മറുപടി നല്‍കേണ്ടതെന്നും സിജെപി വക്താവ് അശുതോഷ് റാങ്ക പറഞ്ഞു.

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി രാജിവെക്കാതെ പാര്‍ലമെന്റില്‍ ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച് ചര്‍ച്ചയ്ക്ക് തയ്യാറല്ലെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധിയും മല്ലികാര്‍ജുന്‍ ഖാര്‍ഗെയും വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

സാമൂഹിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തകന്‍ അണ്ണാ ഹസാരെ മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയില്‍ രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂര്‍ മൗനവ്രതം അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ കര്‍ഷക നേതാവ് രാകേഷ് ടികായത്, നടന്‍ സല്‍മാന്‍ ഖാന്‍, നടി ആലിയ ഭട്ട് തുടങ്ങിയവരും വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് പിന്തുണ അറിയിച്ചു.

പ്രതിഷേധം ശക്തമായതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് രാജീവ് ചൗക്ക്, സെന്‍ട്രല്‍ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് തുടങ്ങി കേന്ദ്ര ഡല്‍ഹിയിലെ 16 മെട്രോ സ്റ്റേഷനുകള്‍ ഡല്‍ഹി മെട്രോ അടച്ചിട്ടു.

നിരോധനാജ്ഞ നിലനില്‍ക്കുന്നതിനാല്‍, സമരം നടക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ എത്തുന്നത് തടയാന്‍ പോലീസ് ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷകളും മറ്റ് വാഹനങ്ങളും വഴിയില്‍ തടഞ്ഞു.

പ്രക്ഷോഭം മൂലമുള്ള ഗതാഗത തടസ്സങ്ങള്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയുള്ള പൊതുതാല്‍പ്പര്യ ഹര്‍ജി  പരിഗണിക്കാന്‍ ഡല്‍ഹി ഹൈക്കോടതി സമ്മതിച്ചു.

ജൂലൈ 20-ന് പാര്‍ലമെന്റിലേക്ക് നടത്തിയ മാര്‍ച്ചിനിടെ പോലീസിന്റെ പെല്ലറ്റ് ഏറ്റ് 19-കാരനായ ഒരു വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിയുടെ വലതുകണ്ണിന്റെ കാഴ്ചശക്തി നഷ്ടപ്പെടാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്ന് ഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി രാജിവെക്കണമെന്നും മറ്റും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ചെന്നൈ, ബെംഗളൂരു, ഹൈദരാബാദ്, മുംബൈ, തൂത്തുക്കുടി തുടങ്ങിയ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്കും വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി പ്രതിഷേധം പടര്‍ന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.

English Version: The youth-led agitation organized by the Cockroach Janta Party continues unabated in Delhi. The protest is taking place at Jantar Mantar, pointing out question paper leaks and irregularities in exams conducted by the National Testing Agency.

Near Connaught Place on Tolstoy Marg, protesters threw stones and glass bottles at security forces. Senior officers, including Assistant Commissioner of Police Vivek Bhagat, were injured in the incident. He has been admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.

As the crowd turned violent, Delhi Police and the Rapid Action Force used tear gas and resorted to a lathi charge to disperse the protesters. Delhi Police stated that 118 police officers and 60 protesters have been injured since the demonstration began. Additionally, around 15 to 20 government and police vehicles sustained damage.

Police have registered 10 FIRs across various police stations, including Parliament Street, Connaught Place, and Mandir Marg, charging sections related to rioting, assaulting public servants, and damaging public property. Authorities are examining AI camera footage and social media videos to identify those involved in the violence. To prevent further escalation, internet services have been temporarily suspended in parts of the New Delhi district. Police also instructed shops and commercial establishments in Connaught Place to close by 6:30 PM.

Asserting that the welfare of the country's youth is a priority, Prime Minister Narendra Modi assured that fast-track courts would be established to handle paper leak cases. Union Minister J.P. Nadda stated that the government is ready for a debate in Parliament on the matter.

However, CJP representatives declined talks scheduled to take place at Union Minister J.P. Nadda's residence. Protesters clarified that discussions would only be held at Jantar Mantar or a neutral venue. Leaders including Sonam Wangchuk, who was admitted to Safdarjung Hospital, stated that the strike will continue until the government guarantees that no legal or retaliatory action will be taken against participating students.

Following the protesters' call for a peaceful nationwide demonstration, Delhi remains on high alert with military and police forces deployed around Parliament and Jantar Mantar.

The primary demands put forward by leaders, including CJP founder Abhijit Dipke, spokesperson Saurav Das, and social activist Sonam Wangchuk, are:

Immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

An official apology from the government to the affected students.

Strict action against police officers who used violence against students.

CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka stated that fast-track courts only address post-leak procedures, and the government must answer why such leaks recur continuously. Opposition leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge clarified that they are unwilling to debate the issue in Parliament unless the Education Minister resigns.

Social activist Anna Hazare observed a two-hour silent fast in Maharashtra. Furthermore, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait, along with actors Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt, expressed support for the students.

Due to intensifying protests, Delhi Metro closed 16 stations across Central Delhi, including Rajiv Chowk and Central Secretariat. To enforce prohibitory orders and prevent students from reaching the venue, police stopped auto-rickshaws and other vehicles along the routes. Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court agreed to hear a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) citing traffic disruptions caused by the agitation.

Doctors reported that a 19-year-old student risks losing vision in his right eye after being hit by police pellets during the march to Parliament on July 20. Student protests demanding the Education Minister's resignation have also spread to various parts of the country, including Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Thoothukudi.
