ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: കേന്ദ്ര വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി ധര്‍മേന്ദ്ര പ്രധാന്‍ രാജിവച്ചതിനു പിന്നാലെ ജന്തര്‍ മന്തറിലെ 49 ദിവസം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന സമരം അവസാനിച്ചതായും സമരക്കാര്‍ സമാധാനപരായി പിരിഞ്ഞുപോകണമെന്നും കോക്രോച്ച് ജനതാപാര്‍ട്ടി (സി ജെ പി) നേതൃത്വം.

ക്രിമിനല്‍ കേസുകള്‍  പിന്‍വലിക്കല്‍, നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ പരിഷ്‌കാരങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവയില്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഉറപ്പുകള്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പാലിക്കണമെന്ന ഉപാധിയോടെയാണ് സി.ജെ.പി സമരം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രിമാരായ ജെ.പി. നദ്ദ, ജിതേന്ദ്ര സിംഗ് എന്നിവരുള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ പ്രതിനിധികളും സി.ജെ.പി പ്രതിനിധി സംഘവും തമ്മില്‍ നടത്തിയ മൂന്ന് ഘട്ട ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് ഈ തീരുമാനം.

ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം തീരുമാനം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച സി.ജെ.പി ചീഫ് വക്താവ് സൗരവ് ദാസ്, നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളില്‍ സമ്മതിച്ച വ്യവസ്ഥകള്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നടപ്പിലാക്കുമെന്ന പ്രതീക്ഷയിലാണ് സമരം പിന്‍വലിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.

ജൂണ്‍ 6-ന് ആരംഭിച്ച സമരം 49 ദിവസം തുടര്‍ന്നു. ധര്‍മ്മേന്ദ്ര പ്രധാന്റെ രാജി, സമരക്കാര്‍ക്കും സംഘാടകര്‍ക്കുമെതിരെ എടുത്ത എല്ലാ എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകളും നിയമനടപടികളും പിന്‍വലിക്കുക, നീറ്റ് ചോദ്യപേപ്പര്‍ ചോര്‍ച്ചയെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് ജീവന്‍ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു കോടി രൂപ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്‍കുക എന്നീ മൂന്ന് പ്രധാന ആവശ്യങ്ങളാണ് സി.ജെ.പി മുന്നോട്ടുവച്ചിരുന്നത്. ശനിയാഴ്ച പ്രധാന്‍ രാജിവച്ചതോടെ തങ്ങളുടെ ആദ്യ ആവശ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതായി സംഘടന അറിയിച്ചു.

തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രധാന ആവശ്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അംഗീകരിച്ചതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് രാജ്യവ്യാപകമായി നടത്തിവന്ന സമരം അടിയന്തര പ്രാധാന്യത്തോടെ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് സി.ജെ.പി പിന്നീട് എക്‌സിലൂടെ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. നീറ്റ് ചോദ്യപേപ്പര്‍ ചോര്‍ച്ചയെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്ത ഇരകളുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പരമാവധി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്‍കുക, കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരും എന്‍.ഡി.എ ഭരിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും ചുമത്തിയ എല്ലാ എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകളും പിന്‍വലിക്കുക, പ്രതിഷേധത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ ഭാവിയില്‍ നടപടിയെടുക്കില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുനല്‍കുക എന്നിവ കരാറില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് പാര്‍ട്ടി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. തങ്ങളുടെ അഞ്ചിന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ പരിഷ്‌കരണ ചാര്‍ട്ടര്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പരിഗണിക്കുമെന്നും ഇരുപക്ഷവും തമ്മില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ നടത്തുമെന്നും പാര്‍ട്ടി കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

സമരക്കാര്‍ക്കും സംഘാടകര്‍ക്കുമെതിരെ ചുമത്തിയ എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകള്‍ പിന്‍വലിക്കണമെന്ന സി.ജെ.പിയുടെ ആവശ്യവും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അംഗീകരിച്ചു. ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത കേസുകള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമല്ല, ബി.ജെ.പി ഭരണത്തിലുള്ളതും സഖ്യകക്ഷികള്‍ ഭരിക്കുന്നതുമായ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില്‍ എടുത്ത എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകള്‍ക്കും ഇത് ബാധകമാണെന്ന് സൗരവ് ദാസ് പറഞ്ഞു.

കേസുകള്‍ ഉടന്‍ തന്നെ പിന്‍വലിക്കുമെന്നും എല്ലാ എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകളുടെയും പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍ സമരക്കാരുമായി പങ്കുവയ്ക്കുമെന്ന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉറപ്പുനല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

'ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ലഭിച്ച വിവരമനുസരിച്ച് ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ 15 മുതല്‍ 20 വരെ എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകള്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഏത് സാഹചര്യത്തിലും 3-4 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ ഇതിന്റെ പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കും,' ദാസ് പറഞ്ഞു.

എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകള്‍ പിന്‍വലിക്കുന്നതിലും സമരക്കാര്‍ക്കും സംഘാടകര്‍ക്കുമെതിരെ ഭാവിയില്‍ നടപടികളൊന്നും ഉണ്ടാകില്ലെന്നതിലും സര്‍ക്കാരില്‍ നിന്ന് എഴുതിത്തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ഗ്യാരണ്ടി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സി.ജെ.പി ഒരു കരട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.

'ഇതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരുമായി ഒരു കരട് പങ്കുവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്, അത് ഒരു രേഖാമൂലമുള്ള ഗ്യാരണ്ടിയാണ്. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ചയോടെ ഇത് പങ്കുവയ്ക്കാമെന്ന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എഫ്.ഐ.ആറുകളും ഭാവി നടപടികളും സംബന്ധിച്ച സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ഉറപ്പ് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ചയോടെ ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു,' ദാസ് പറഞ്ഞു.

അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ, ചര്‍ച്ചകളില്‍ എത്തിയ ധാരണകള്‍ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത് കാത്തിരുന്നുകൊണ്ടാണ് സമരം പിന്‍വലിക്കാനുള്ള തീരുമാനം എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ, പരീക്ഷാ പരിഷ്‌കാരങ്ങള്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ച അഞ്ചിന ചാര്‍ട്ടറും സി.ജെ.പി സര്‍ക്കാരിന് മുന്നില്‍ വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ ചാര്‍ട്ടര്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പഠിക്കുമെന്നും സി.ജെ.പി പ്രതിനിധി സംഘവുമായി കൂടുതല്‍ ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ നടത്തുമെന്നും ജെ.പി. നദ്ദ പറഞ്ഞു.

വിപുലമായ പരിഷ്‌കരണ ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സര്‍ക്കാരും സി.ജെ.പിയും നാല് ആഴ്ചകള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.

News In English:  Following the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, the leadership of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced the end of their 49-day-long protest at Jantar Mantar and urged demonstrators to disperse peacefully.

The CJP ended its agitation on the condition that the government must fulfill its promises regarding the withdrawal of criminal cases, compensation, and educational reforms.

The decision was reached after three rounds of talks between government representatives—including Union Ministers J.P. Nadda and Jitendra Singh—and a CJP delegation.

Announcing the decision after the meeting, CJP Chief Spokesperson Saurav Das stated that the protest was being called off in good faith, with the expectation that the government would execute the agreed-upon conditions within the specified timeline.

The protest, which began on June 6, lasted for 49 days. The CJP had put forward three primary demands: the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, the withdrawal of all FIRs and legal cases against protesters and organizers, and ₹1 crore in compensation for the families of those who lost their lives following the NEET question paper leak. The organization noted that its first demand was met with Pradhan's resignation on Saturday.

The CJP later confirmed via X (formerly Twitter) that it was immediately ending its nationwide protest after the government accepted its key demands. The party specified that the agreement includes maximum possible compensation for the families of victims who died by suicide following the NEET paper leak, the withdrawal of all FIRs filed by the Central Government and NDA-ruled states, and an assurance that no future action will be taken against protest participants. The party added that the government will consider its five-point educational reform charter, with further discussions scheduled between both sides.

The government also agreed to the CJP's demand to drop all FIRs filed against protesters and organizers. Saurav Das highlighted that this applies not only to cases registered in Delhi but also to those filed in BJP-ruled and allied states.

He added that the cases would be withdrawn soon and that the government has assured the sharing of copies of all filed FIRs with them.

"According to our information, around 15 to 20 FIRs were registered in Delhi. In any case, we expect to receive copies of these within 3 to 4 days," Das said.

The CJP had submitted a draft to the government seeking a written guarantee regarding the withdrawal of FIRs and protection against any future legal action targeting protesters or organizers.

"Based on this, we shared a draft with the government, which serves as a written guarantee. The government has indicated it will share this with us by Tuesday. We hope to receive the government's official assurances regarding these FIRs and future actions by Tuesday," Das remarked.

Consequently, the decision to call off the protest comes as the group awaits the execution of the terms agreed upon during negotiations.

The CJP has also presented a five-point charter on broader education and examination reforms to the government. J.P. Nadda stated that the government would study the charter and hold further discussions with the CJP delegation.

Both sides are expected to meet again in about four weeks to discuss the broader reform demands.
