ദുബായ് : യു.എസും ഇറാനും തമ്മിലുള്ള സമാധാനക്കരാര്‍ ഞായറാഴ്ച ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുമെന്ന് യു.എസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് ട്രംപ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചെങ്കിലും, സമയക്രമത്തെ ചൊല്ലി തര്‍ക്കമുന്നയിച്ച് ഇറാന്‍ രംഗത്തെത്തി. 

പശ്ചിമേഷ്യയിലെ നാല് മാസത്തോളമായി തുടരുന്ന യുദ്ധം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാനും ആഗോള സമ്പദ്വ്യവസ്ഥയെ ബാധിച്ച ഹോര്‍മുസ് കടലിടുക്ക് തുറക്കാനും ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ കരാര്‍. തന്റെ സോഷ്യല്‍ മീഡിയ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമായ 'ട്രൂത്ത് സോഷ്യല്‍' വഴിയാണ് ട്രംപ് ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.  

യു.എസും ഇറാനും തമ്മിലുള്ള സമാധാനക്കരാര്‍ ഞായറാഴ്ച ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കാന്‍ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അതിന് തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ ഹോര്‍മുസ് കടലിടുക്ക് എല്ലാ കപ്പല്‍ ഗതാഗതത്തിനുമായി തുറന്നുകൊടുക്കുമെന്നും ട്രംപ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.  

ഇറാന്‍ ഇനി മുതല്‍ അണുവായുധങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കില്ലെന്ന് ഈ കരാറിലൂടെ ഉറപ്പാക്കുമെന്നും, ഇതൊരു 'ഉറച്ച മതില്‍' പോലെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു. മുന്‍പ് ഒബാമ ഭരണകൂടം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ കരാര്‍ ഇറാനു അണുവായുധത്തിലേക്ക് എളുപ്പവഴിയൊരുക്കുന്നതായിരുന്നുവെന്നും ട്രംപ് വിമര്‍ശിച്ചു.  

ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ വേഗത്തിലും സുഗമമായും മുന്നോട്ടുപോയില്ലെങ്കില്‍, അമേരിക്കയുടെ പക്കല്‍ ഇതിലും കടുത്ത ബദല്‍ മാര്‍ഗങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടെന്ന മുന്നറിയിപ്പും ട്രംപ് നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.  

ട്രംപിന്റെയും മധ്യസ്ഥത വഹിക്കുന്ന പാകിസ്താന്റെയും ആവേശത്തോടും ആവശ്യത്തോടും ഇറാന്‍ പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായി യോജിക്കുന്നില്ല.

ഈ സമാധാന ചര്‍ച്ചകളില്‍ പ്രധാന മധ്യസ്ഥനായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത് പാകിസ്താന്‍ ആണ്.  പാകിസ്താന്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഷെഹ്ബാസ് ഷെരീഫ് ശനിയാഴ്ച പറഞ്ഞത് 24 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളില്‍ കരാര്‍ ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുമെന്നാണ്.  ഇതിനായി ഒരു ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കല്‍ ചടങ്ങിന് ഇസ്ലാമാബാദ് തയ്യാറെടുപ്പുകള്‍ നടത്തുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും അടുത്ത ആഴ്ചയോടെ സാങ്കേതികതല ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്നും ഷെഹ്ബാസ് ഷെരീഫ്  വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു.

Trump also issued a warning, stating that if negotiations do not progress quickly and smoothly, the United States has much harsher alternatives at its disposal.

However, Iran does not fully agree with the enthusiasm and urgency shown by Trump and Pakistan, which is mediating the talks.

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Esmaeil Baghaei, clarified that the world would still have to wait for an exact date for signing the agreement and that it would not happen on Sunday. He added that certain confusions from the American side were responsible for this delay. Iran maintains that the 'Islamabad Memorandum' currently set to be signed is not a final agreement, but merely a framework for subsequent talks to end the war and lift sanctions. Discussions regarding nuclear energy will continue in the coming days.

Pakistan is serving as the primary mediator in these peace talks. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated on Saturday that the agreement would be signed within 24 hours. Sharif explicitly noted that Islamabad is making arrangements for an online signing ceremony and that technical-level talks would commence by next week.
