കൊച്ചി: കൊച്ചിയില്‍ യുവ ഡോക്ടറെ ഫ്‌ളാറ്റിലേക്കു വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി നടിയും നടനും കൂട്ടാളികളും ചേര്‍നനു മാരമായി ആക്രമിച്ച കേസില്‍ ട്വിസ്റ്റ്. നടിയുടെ അടുത്ത ബന്ധുവായ 50കാരിയെ ഡോക്ടര്‍ മദ്യം നല്കി ബോധം കെടുത്തിയ ശേഷം മാനഭംഗപ്പെടുത്തി മൊബൈലില്‍ രംഗങ്ങള്‍ ചിത്രീകരിച്ചതായി പുതിയ പരാതി. ഇതോടെ വാദി പ്രതിയായിരിക്കുകയാണ്.

കൊച്ചി ആസ്റ്റര്‍ മെഡിസിറ്റി ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ഡോ. ജോണ്‍സണ്‍ കെ. വര്‍ഗീസാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ മാനഭംഗക്കേസില്‍ പ്രതിയായിരിക്കുന്നത്. വാര്‍ത്ത പുറത്തുവന്നതോടെ ഡോക്ടറെ ആശ്രുപത്രിയില്‍ നിന്നു പുറത്താക്കി.

നടിയുടെ ബന്ധുവിന് രോഗമാണെന്നു പറഞ്ഞാണ് കുടുംബ സുഹൃത്തുകൂടിയായ ഡോക്ടറെ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം പൊന്നുരുന്നിയിലെ ഫ്‌ളാറ്റില്‍ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി നടിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ക്രൂരമായി ആക്രമിച്ചത്. ഇതിനെതിരേ രണ്ടു ദിവസത്തിനു ശേഷം ഡോക്ടര്‍ കടവന്ത്ര പൊലീസില്‍ പരാതി നല്കിയിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് നടിയേയും നടനെയും മറ്റും പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. ഇവര്‍ റിമാന്‍ഡിലാണ്.

ഇതിനു പിന്നാലെയാണ് നടിയുടെ ബന്ധുവായ സ്ത്രീ പീഡന പരാതിയുമായി ഇന്‍ഫോ പാര്‍ക്ക് പൊലീസിനെ സീപിച്ചത്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇന്‍ഫോപാര്‍ക്ക് പൊലീസ് ഡോക്ടര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുത്തു.

പരാതിക്കാരിയായ യുവതിയുടെ കുടുംബ ഡോക്ടര്‍ കൂടിയാണ് ജോണ്‍സണ്‍. ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 10-ന് ഇന്‍ഫോപാര്‍ക്കിനടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു ഹോട്ടലില്‍ വച്ച് മദ്യം കഴിപ്പിച്ച് അവശയാക്കിയ ശേഷം ഡോക്ടര്‍ തന്നെ ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു എന്നാണ് സ്ത്രീയുടെ പരാതിയിലുള്ളത്. തന്റെ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഡോക്ടര്‍ പകര്‍ത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് സംശയമുണ്ടെന്നും യുവതി വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.   

രഹസ്യമായി പകര്‍ത്തിയ ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ കാണിച്ച് ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്ന ഭയം മൂലമാണ് സംഭവം നേരത്തെ പുറത്തുപറയാതിരുന്നതെന്നും അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. പരാതിക്കാരി ഡിജിറ്റല്‍/ഫോണ്‍ ദൃശ്യങ്ങളും അനുബന്ധ തെളിവുകളും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്ക് കൈമാറിയതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ശാസ്ത്രീയ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി പോലീസ് ഡോക്ടറുടെ ഫോണ്‍ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തു.

കടവന്ത്ര പോലീസ് ഡോക്ടര്‍ നല്‍കിയ മര്‍ദന-ബ്ലാക്ക് മെയിലിംഗ് പരാതിയും, ഇന്‍ഫോപാര്‍ക്ക് പോലീസ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിനെതിരെയുള്ള ലൈംഗികാതിക്രമ കേസ അന്വേഷണവുമാണ് നടത്തുന്നത്.

A major twist has emerged in the case involving the severe assault of a young doctor in a Kochi flat by an actress, an actor, and their accomplices. A new complaint alleges that the doctor drugged a 50-year-old close relative of the actress with alcohol, sexually assaulted her after rendering her unconscious, and recorded the incident on his mobile phone. With this development, the complainant has now become an accused.

Dr. Johnson K. Varghese of Kochi Aster Medcity Hospital is now named as an accused in the sexual assault case. Following the publication of the news, the hospital terminated the doctor's employment.

The doctor, who was also a family friend, was summoned to a flat in Ponnurunni under the pretext that the actress's relative was ill. Upon his arrival, he was brutally assaulted under the actress's leadership. Two days after the attack, the doctor lodged a complaint with the Kadavanthra Police. Subsequently, the police arrested the actress, the actor, and others involved, and they were remanded to judicial custody.

Following these events, the relative of the actress approached the Infopark Police with a sexual harassment complaint. Based on this, the Infopark Police registered a case against the doctor.

Dr. Johnson was also the family doctor of the complainant. According to the woman's complaint, on October 10, at a hotel near Infopark, the doctor offered her alcohol, rendered her incapacitated, and sexually assaulted her. The woman also stated she suspects the doctor recorded images/videos of the incident.

She further stated that she refrained from speaking out earlier due to fear of blackmail using the secretly recorded visuals. After the complainant handed over digital/phone evidence and related proof to the officers, the police seized the doctor's phone for forensic examination.

The Kadavanthra Police are investigating the assault and blackmail complaint filed by the doctor, while the Infopark Police are investigating the sexual assault case registered against him.
