കൊച്ചി: നടന്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടിയും സിപിഎം നേതാക്കളും അണികളും തമ്മില്‍ അടുത്തിടെയുണ്ടായ വിവാദം കെട്ടടങ്ങിയതിനു ശേഷം വീണ്ടും തലപൊക്കിയതില്‍ സിപിഎം നേതൃത്വത്തിന് അതൃപ്തി. മമ്മൂട്ടിയുമായുള്ള എസ്.എഫ്.ഐ - ഡിവൈഎഫ്.ഐ യുവനേതാക്കളുടെ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് പിന്നാലെ നടനെതിരെ ഇടതുപക്ഷ സൈബര്‍ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് കടുത്ത വിമര്‍ശനം ഉയരുകയായിരുന്നു. പാര്‍ട്ടി വിലക്കിയിട്ടും  ഇടതു ഹാന്‍ഡിലുകളില്‍ പലതും കൈരളി ചാനല്‍ ചെയര്‍മാനെതിരേ വിമര്‍ശനം തുടരുക തന്നെയാണ്.

മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ ക്ഷണം സ്വീകരിച്ചാണ് എസ്.എഫ്.ഐ - ഡിവൈഎഫ്.ഐ നേതൃത്വം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കടവന്ത്രയിലെ വസതിയിലെത്തി മൂന്ന് മണിക്കൂറോളം ചെലവഴിച്ചത്. യുവാക്കളുടെ പുതിയ ട്രെന്‍ഡുകള്‍, സമരങ്ങളോടുള്ള സമീപനം, രാഷ്ട്രീയ-സാംസ്‌കാരിക കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവ അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ചറിയുകയും യുവാക്കളുടെ അനുഭവങ്ങളും ജീവിതവീക്ഷണങ്ങളും പങ്കുവെക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. 

വയനാട്ടിലെ പുനരധിവാസ ടൗണ്‍ഷിപ്പ് പ്രദേശങ്ങളില്‍ കുറച്ചുനാള്‍ മുമ്പ് മമ്മൂട്ടി നടത്തിയ സന്ദര്‍ശനമാണ് ഈ വിവാദങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വഴിമരുന്നിട്ടത്. സന്ദര്‍ശനത്തിനിടെ സിപിഎം വയനാട് ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി കെ. റഫീഖ് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള നേതാക്കള്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടിയെ അനുഗമിച്ചിരുന്നു. 

എന്നാല്‍ തന്റെ സന്ദര്‍ശനം രാഷ്ട്രീയമായി ചിത്രീകരിക്കപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാനും നിഷ്പക്ഷത സൂക്ഷിക്കാനും മമ്മൂട്ടി ആഗ്രഹിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി 'എന്തിനാണ് എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ കൂടെ നില്‍ക്കുന്നത്, ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടി വന്നതാണെന്ന് ആളുകള്‍ വിചാരിക്കും, മാറി നിന്നാല്‍ മതി' എന്ന് റഫീഖിനോട് മമ്മൂട്ടി പറയുകയുണ്ടായി. ഇത് പുറത്തുവന്നതോടെ ഒരുകൂട്ടം ഇടതുപക്ഷ സൈബര്‍ അണികള്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കെതിരെ രൂക്ഷമായ സൈബര്‍ ആക്രമണങ്ങള്‍ അഴിച്ചുവിട്ടു.   

തന്റെ വാക്കുകളിലെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കാന്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടി പിന്നീട് കെ. റഫീഖിനെ നേരിട്ട് ഫോണില്‍ വിളിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുകയും പരസ്പര ധാരണയോടെ ഈ വിഷയം അന്നുതന്നെ പരിഹരിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.   

എന്നാല്‍, ഇതിനുശേഷം എസ്എഫ്‌ഐ, ഡിവൈഎഫ്‌ഐ നേതാക്കളും എം. വിജിന്‍ എംഎല്‍എ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ളവരും മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ ക്ഷണം സ്വീകരിച്ച് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. ഈ സന്ദര്‍ശനത്തിന്റെ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ സോഷ്യല്‍ മീഡിയയില്‍ പങ്കുവച്ചതോടെയാണ് സൈബര്‍ തര്‍ക്കം വീണ്ടും പുകഞ്ഞത്.   

ടൗണ്‍ഷിപ്പ് സംഭവം ഓര്‍മ്മിപ്പിച്ച്, 'പാര്‍ട്ടി നേതാവിനോട് അപമര്യാദയായി പെരുമാറിയ വ്യക്തിയെ സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുണ്ടോ' എന്ന് ചോദിച്ച് അണികളില്‍ ഒരു വിഭാഗം വീണ്ടും മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കും നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കുമെതിരെ രംഗത്തുവരികയായിരുന്നു.

മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കൊപ്പം പോയിരുന്നത് രമേശ് പിഷാരടിയായിരുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ അദ്ദേഹം മാറ്റിനുറുത്തുമായിരുന്നോ എന്ന സിനിമാ റിവ്യൂവര്‍ അശ്വന്ത് കോക്കിന്റെ ചോദ്യം ഇടതു സൈബര്‍ സഖാക്കള്‍ ഏറ്റെടുത്തിരുന്നു. ഇതെല്ലാം വലിയ ചര്‍ച്ചയായയോടെ സിപിഎം നേതാക്കള്‍ തന്നെ വിവാദം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ രംഗത്തെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു.

മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കെതിരായ സൈബര്‍ അധിക്ഷേപങ്ങളെ പാര്‍ട്ടി ള്ളിക്കളയുന്നു. മമ്മൂട്ടി ലോകമറിയുന്ന മഹാനടനാണ്. മ്മൂട്ടി ചിലപ്പോള്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിയെ വിമര്‍ശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാകാം, എന്നാല്‍ അതിനെ ക്രിയാത്മകമായാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടി കാണുന്നത്. മമ്മൂട്ടിയെ വളഞ്ഞിട്ട് ആക്രമിക്കാന്‍ സിപിഎമ്മിന് യാതൊരു താല്പര്യവുമില്ല. കക്ഷിരാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന് അതീതമായി പ്രമുഖരുമായി ആശയവിനിമയം നടത്താനാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടി തീരുമാനം.

മമ്മൂട്ടി ഒരു രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെയും ചട്ടക്കൂടില്‍ ഒതുങ്ങിനില്‍ക്കുന്ന വ്യക്തിയല്ല. പാതുസ്വത്താണ്.  മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കെതിരെയുള്ള സൈബര്‍ ആക്രമണം അപലപനീയമാണ്.

കെ. റഫീഖ് (സിപിഎം വയനാട് ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി):

വിവാദങ്ങളില്‍ രാഷ്ട്രീയ മുതലെടുപ്പിന് ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന ചിലരാണ് എരിതീയില്‍ എണ്ണയൊഴിക്കുന്നത്.  മമ്മൂട്ടിയുമായുള്ള പ്രശ്‌നം നേരത്തെ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞ് അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചതാണ്. ദുരന്തബാധിതരെ ചേര്‍ത്തുപിടിക്കേണ്ട സമയത്ത് ഇത്തരം തര്‍ക്കങ്ങള്‍ വീണ്ടും ഉയര്‍ത്തുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല.

ചിന്താ ജെറോം (ഡിവൈഎഫ്‌ഐ സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡന്റ്):

മമ്മൂട്ടിയുമായുള്ള യുവനേതാക്കളുടെ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച ഇടതുപക്ഷത്തിന് ലഭിച്ച വലിയ അംഗീകാരമാണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട സംഭവങ്ങളുടെയോ പഴയ നിലപാടുകളുടെയോ പേരില്‍ മാത്രം കലാപ്രതിഭകളെ വിലയിരുത്തുകയോ ആക്രമിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല. വിമര്‍ശനങ്ങള്‍ കേവലം വിഷയാധിഷ്ഠിതമായിരിക്കണം. മമ്മൂട്ടിയെയോ മോഹന്‍ലാലിനെയോ പോലുള്ള പ്രതിഭകളെ എല്ലാക്കാലത്തും രാഷ്ട്രീയ വേലിക്കെട്ടുകള്‍ക്കുള്ളില്‍ നിര്‍ത്തി പരുക്കേല്‍പ്പിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കരുത്.

News in English: The CPM leadership has expressed dissatisfaction over the recent controversy involving actor Mammootty, CPM leaders, and party cadre flaring up again after it had previously subsided. Severe criticism surged from Left-wing cyber spaces against the actor following a meeting between SFI–DYFI youth leaders and Mammootty. Despite party warnings, several Left social media handles continue their criticism against the Kairali Channel Chairman.

Accepting Mammootty’s invitation, SFI–DYFI leaders visited his residence in Kadavanthra and spent around three hours with him. During the interaction, he inquired about emerging youth trends, their approach toward protests, and socio-cultural matters, while the youth shared their experiences and life perspectives.

The spark for these controversies was a visit Mammootty made some time ago to the township rehabilitation areas in Wayanad. During the visit, CPM leaders, including CPM Wayanad District Secretary K. Rafeeq, had accompanied the actor.

However, Mammootty wished to maintain neutrality and ensure his visit was not portrayed politically. As part of this, he told Rafeeq, "Why are you standing with me all the time? People will think I came for you; it's better if you stand aside." Once this statement came to light, a section of Left-wing cyber cadre launched fierce online attacks against Mammootty.

To clarify the intent behind his words, Mammootty later called K. Rafeeq directly on the phone, and the issue was amicably resolved between them that very day.

Following this, SFI and DYFI leaders, along with M. Vijin MLA and others, accepted Mammootty's invitation and visited him. The cyber dispute ignited once again after photos from this visit were shared on social media.

Reminding everyone of the Wayanad township incident, a section of the cadre again came forward against Mammootty and the party leaders, asking, "Was it necessary to visit a person who behaved disrespectfully toward a party leader?"

Left cyber comrades also picked up film reviewer Ashwanth Kok's question, where he asked whether Mammootty would have asked Ramesh Pisharody to step aside if he had accompanied him instead. As all of this grew into a major debate, CPM leaders themselves stepped in to put an end to the controversy.

Reactions from Party Leadership:

M. V. Govindan (CPM State Secretary):

"The party completely rejects the cyber abuse directed at Mammootty. Mammootty is a globally renowned actor. He may have criticized the party at times, but the party views that constructively. CPM has no interest in cornering and attacking Mammootty. It is the party's decision to engage in dialogue with prominent personalities beyond party politics."

P. Jayarajan (State Secretariat Member):

"Mammootty is not a person confined within the framework of any political party. He is public property. Cyber attacks against Mammootty are condemnable."

K. Rafeeq (CPM Wayanad District Secretary):

"Certain people trying to make political gain out of controversies are adding fuel to the fire. The issue with Mammootty was discussed and settled earlier itself. Raking up such disputes again at a time when we need to embrace disaster victims is not right."

Chintha Jerome (DYFI State President):

"The meeting between youth leaders and Mammootty is a great recognition for the Left. It is inappropriate to evaluate or attack artistic icons based solely on isolated incidents or past positions. Criticism should purely be subject-based. Great talents like Mammootty or Mohanlal should not be repeatedly confined or harmed within political boundaries."
