State Government Announces Onam Bonus and Festival Allowance for Employees and Pensioners; Disbursal Begins August 17
തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സര്ക്കാര് ജീവനക്കാര്ക്കും അധ്യാപകര്ക്കും പെന്ഷന്കാര്ക്കും ഓണം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നതിനായുള്ള ബോണസും പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്തയും ഓണം അഡ്വാന്സും അനുവദിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാന ധനകാര്യ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവിറക്കി.
ധനവകുപ്പിന്റെ ഉത്തരവുകള് പ്രകാരം ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 17 മുതല് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളുടെ വിതരണം ആരംഭിക്കും. ഓണം ബോണസ്: 2026 മാര്ച്ച് 31-ലെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് അടിസ്ഥാന ശമ്പളം 49,275 രൂപയില് കവിയാത്ത (11ാം ശമ്പള പരിഷ്കരണ സ്കെയില്) അര്ഹരായ ജീവനക്കാര്ക്ക് 4,500 രൂപ ബോണസായി ലഭിക്കും. 202526 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്ഷത്തില് കുറഞ്ഞത് 6 മാസത്തെ കണ്ടിന്യുവസ് സര്വീസ് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയവര്ക്കാണ് അര്ഹത.
പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്ത: ബോണസിന് അര്ഹതയില്ലാത്ത ജീവനക്കാര്ക്ക് 3,000 രൂപ ലഭിക്കും.
മറ്റ് വിഭാഗങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള ഉത്സവബത്ത:
1,450 രൂപ: ആശാ പ്രവര്ത്തകര്, അങ്കണവാടി ജീവനക്കാര്, പാലിയേറ്റീവ് കെയര് നഴ്സുമാര്, ബഡ്സ് സ്കൂള് ജീവനക്കാര്.
1,390 രൂപ: സ്കൂള് കൗണ്സിലര്മാര്.
1,250 രൂപ: സര്വീസ് പെന്ഷന്കാര്, ഫാമിലി പെന്ഷന്കാര്, പങ്കാളിത്ത പെന്ഷന് പദ്ധതിയിലുള്ള പെന്ഷന്കാര്.
ഓണം അഡ്വാന്സ്: സര്ക്കാര് ജീവനക്കാര്ക്ക് 20,000 രൂപ വരെയും പാര്ട്ട് ടൈം, കണ്ടിന്ജന്റ് ജീവനക്കാര്ക്ക് 6,000 രൂപ വരെയും അഡ്വാന്സ് അനുവദിക്കും. 2026 ഒക്ടോബര് മാസത്തെ ശമ്പളം മുതല് 5 തുല്യ ഗഡുക്കളായി തുക തിരിച്ചുപിടിക്കും.
ഒരാള്ക്ക് ബോണസ് അല്ലെങ്കില് ഉത്സവബത്ത എന്നിവയില് ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ആനുകൂല്യത്തിന് മാത്രമേ അര്ഹതയുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. എല്ലാ ആനുകൂല്യ വിതരണ നടപടികളും കൃത്യസമയത്ത് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കാന് ട്രഷറികള്ക്ക് നിര്ദേശം നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Thiruvananthapuram: The State Finance Department has issued orders granting Onam bonus, special festival allowance, and Onam advance for state government employees, teachers, and pensioners to celebrate Onam.
According to the Finance Department orders, the disbursal of benefits will commence on August 17.
Onam Bonus: Eligible employees whose basic salary did not exceed ₹49,275 (under the 11th Pay Revision scale) as of March 31, 2026, will receive ₹4,500 as bonus. Employees must have completed at least 6 months of continuous service in the financial year 2025–26 to be eligible.
Special Festival Allowance: Employees not eligible for the bonus will receive ?3,000.
Festival Allowance for Other Categories:
₹1,450: ASHA workers, Anganwadi staff, palliative care nurses, and BUDS school staff.
₹1,390: School counsellors.
₹1,250: Service pensioners, family pensioners, and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).
Onam Advance: An advance of up to ₹20,000 will be granted to government employees, and up to ₹6,000 for part-time and contingent staff. The amount will be recovered in 5 equal installments starting from the October 2026 salary.
