ജയ്പൂര്‍: അമ്മയെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ കേസില്‍ ജയ്പൂരില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള നിയമ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിനിയായ ആയുഷിയെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റുചെയ്തു. എന്നാല്‍, കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം മരിച്ച തന്റെ പിതാവിനെയും ആയുഷി തന്നെയാണ് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയതെന്ന ഗുരുതര ആരോപണവുമായി ഇപ്പോള്‍ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയുടെ അമ്മാവന്‍ രംഗത്തെത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്.

ജയ്പൂര്‍ കോടതിയിലെ ക്ലാര്‍ക്കായ നീരജ് ശര്‍മ്മയ്ക്ക്, കോര്‍ട്ട് മാസ്റ്ററായിരുന്ന ഭര്‍ത്താവ് വിജയ് ശര്‍മ്മയുടെ മരണത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് ആശ്രിത നിയമനത്തിലൂടെ ജോലി ലഭിച്ചത്. ജൂലായ് 3-ന് ജയ്പൂരില്‍ വച്ച് നീരജ് ശര്‍മ്മയെ ഒരു എസ്യുവി വണ്ടി ഇടിച്ചു തെറിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. അമ്മയെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ ഗൂഢാലോചന നടത്തിയെന്ന കുറ്റത്തിനാണ് മകള്‍ ആയുഷിയെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്.

അവസാന വര്‍ഷ എല്‍എല്‍ബി വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിനിയായ ആയുഷി, തന്റെ അമ്മാവന്റെ മകന്‍ ബല്‍റാമിന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ 7 ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്കാണ് ക്വട്ടേഷന്‍ സംഘത്തെ വാടകയ്ക്കെടുത്തത്. അമ്മയെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശേഷം അതൊരു റോഡപകടമാണെന്ന് വരുത്തിത്തീര്‍ക്കാനായിരുന്നു ഇവരുടെ പദ്ധതി.

അമ്മയുടെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജോലിയും കുടുംബ സ്വത്തും സ്വന്തമാക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് ആയുഷി ഈ കൊലപാതകം ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തതെന്ന് പോലീസ് അന്വേഷണത്തില്‍ വ്യക്തമായി.

ഇതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ്, ആയുഷി തന്റെ പിതാവിനെയും കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയതാണെന്ന ആരോപണവുമായി നീരജ് ശര്‍മ്മയുടെ സഹോദരനായ രാകേഷ് ശര്‍മ്മ രംഗത്തെത്തിയത്. വിജയ് ശര്‍മ്മയ്ക്ക് മസ്തിഷ്‌കാഘാതം ഉണ്ടായപ്പോള്‍ ആയുഷിയും ബല്‍റാമും ചേര്‍ന്ന് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഏതോ അജ്ഞാത ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയെന്നും, മൂന്ന് മാസത്തോളം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ചികിത്സയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ കുടുംബത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് മറച്ചുവച്ചെന്നും രാകേഷ് ശര്‍മ്മ ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.

അമ്മ നിരന്തരം ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍, അച്ഛനെ ഒരു സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണെന്നാണ് ആയുഷി പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നത്. പിന്നീട് കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങള്‍ വിജയ് ശര്‍മ്മയെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നുവെങ്കിലും, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പല അവയവങ്ങളും പ്രവര്‍ത്തനരഹിതമായിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

ആയുഷി പിതാവിന്റെ ഫീഡിംഗ് ട്യൂബ് (ഭക്ഷണം നല്‍കുന്ന കുഴല്‍) ഊരിമാറ്റിയതാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മരണത്തിന് കാരണമായതെന്നാണ് അമ്മാവന്റെ ആരോപണം. നിലവില്‍ കസ്റ്റഡിയിലുള്ള ആയുഷിയെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തുവരികയാണെന്നും ഈ ആരോപണത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കുമെന്നും പോലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു.

ആയുഷിയെയും ഇവര്‍ വാടകയ്ക്കെടുത്ത ക്വട്ടേഷന്‍ സംഘത്തെയും പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗൂഢാലോചനയില്‍ പങ്കാളിയായ ആയുഷിയുടെ കസിന്‍ ബല്‍റാമിനായുള്ള തിരച്ചില്‍ പോലീസ് ശക്തമാക്കി.

പോലീസ് വൃത്തങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കുന്ന വിവരമനുസരിച്ച്, നീരജ് ശര്‍മ്മയുടെ കൊലപാതകത്തിന് പിന്നിലെ പ്രധാന സൂത്രധാരന്മാര്‍ ആയുഷിയും ബല്‍റാമും അവന്റെ പിതാവ് മോഹനുമാണ്. കുടുംബ സ്വത്ത് മൂന്നായി വീതം വയ്ക്കാമെന്ന് ഇവര്‍ തമ്മില്‍ ധാരണയുണ്ടായിരുന്നതായി പോലീസ് പറയുന്നു.

മുമ്പ് ആയുഷി തന്റെ അമ്മയെ മര്‍ദ്ദിച്ചിരുന്നതായും, കുറച്ചുകാലമായി അമ്മാവന്‍ മോഹന്റെയും ബല്‍റാമിന്റെയും ഒപ്പമാണ് താമസിച്ചിരുന്നതെന്നും പോലീസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ആയുഷിയും ബല്‍റാമും തമ്മില്‍ പ്രണയത്തിലായിരുന്നുവെന്നും പോലീസ് കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

ജൂലായ് 3-ന് തന്റെ ഇളയ മകനെ കോച്ചിംഗ് സെന്ററില്‍ കൊണ്ടുവിട്ട് മടങ്ങുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ് നീരജ് ശര്‍മ്മയെ അമിതവേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ സ്‌കോര്‍പിയോ കാര്‍ ഇടിച്ചുതെറിപ്പിച്ചത്.

ഒരു മാസം മുമ്പും ക്വട്ടേഷന്‍ സംഘം നീരജ് ശര്‍മ്മയെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും അമിതമായ ഗതാഗതക്കുരുക്ക് കാരണം ആ ശ്രമം പരാജയപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് പോലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു. ക്വട്ടേഷന്‍ സംഘാംഗങ്ങളായ ഹേമന്ത്, ആകാശ്, മോഹിത്, അരവിന്ദ്, രോഹിത് എന്നിവരെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒളിവില്‍ പോയ ബല്‍റാമിനായുള്ള തിരച്ചില്‍ തുടരുകയാണ്.

Neeraj Sharma, a clerk at a Jaipur court, secured her job on compassionate grounds following the death of her husband, Vijay Sharma, who served as a court master. On July 3, Neeraj Sharma was struck down by a speeding SUV in Jaipur. Following this, the police arrested her daughter, Ayushi, on charges of conspiring to murder her mother.

Ayushi, a final-year LLB student, allegedly hired a contract killing squad for ₹7 lakhs with the assistance of her cousin, Balram. Their plan was to eliminate her mother and make it appear like a road accident.

Police investigations revealed that Ayushi masterminded the murder to acquire her mother’s government job and the family property.

Following this development, Neeraj Sharma’s brother, Rakesh Sharma, leveled allegations that Ayushi had also murdered her father. Rakesh Sharma claimed that when Vijay Sharma suffered a brain stroke, Ayushi and Balram shifted him to an unknown hospital and kept the family in the dark regarding his treatment for nearly three months.

When repeatedly questioned by her mother, Ayushi claimed that her father had been admitted to a private hospital. Although the family eventually brought Vijay Sharma back home, doctors informed them that several of his vital organs were failing.

The uncle further alleged that Ayushi disconnected her father's feeding tube, which ultimately led to his death. The police stated that they are currently interrogating Ayushi, who is in custody, and will be investigating these fresh allegations.

The police have already arrested Ayushi and the hired contract killers. Meanwhile, a manhunt has been intensified to capture her cousin Balram, who was an active accomplice in the conspiracy.

According to police sources, the primary conspirators behind Neeraj Sharma's murder are Ayushi, Balram, and his father, Mohan. The police stated that the trio had a mutual agreement to divide the family property into three equal shares.

The police further revealed that Ayushi had previously assaulted her mother and had been living with her uncle Mohan and cousin Balram for some time. They added that Ayushi and Balram were also in a relationship.

On July 3, Neeraj Sharma was hit by a speeding Scorpio while she was returning home after dropping her younger son at a coaching center.

According to the police, the contract killers had attempted to murder Neeraj Sharma a month prior as well, but that attempt failed due to heavy traffic. The police have arrested the contract killers identified as Hemant, Akash, Mohit, Arvind, and Rohit. The search for the absconding Balram remains underway.
