തിരുവനന്തപുരം: ഗള്‍ഫില്‍നിന്നു മൃതദേഹം ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ എത്തിക്കുന്നതിനു 48 മണിക്കൂര്‍ മുന്‍പ് നാട്ടിലെ വിമാനത്താവളത്തില്‍ രേഖകള്‍ എത്തിക്കണമെന്ന നിബന്ധനയ്‌ക്കെതിരേ കേരളം.

കേരളത്തിന്റെ പ്രതിേഷധം കേന്ദ്രത്തെ അറിയിക്കാന്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസിനു കത്തയക്കുമെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് അറിയിച്ചു.

ഇതു കൂടാതെ, ഈ നിബന്ധന അംഗീകരിക്കാനാവില്ലെന്നു വ്യോമയാന മന്ത്രാലയത്തെയും അറിയിക്കും.

പ്രവാസികളുടെ മൃതദേഹം നാട്ടിലെത്തിക്കുന്നത് പല കാരണങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ടു വൈകാറുണ്ട്. ഇതു പിന്നെയും ദിവസങ്ങളോളം വൈകിക്കുന്നതാണ് പുതിയ ഉത്തരവെന്നാണ് പ്രവാസികളുടെ ആക്ഷേപം.


Kerala decided to register strong reservation with center regarding new rules on sending corpse of the expatriates to home land from abroad.

The new rule suggests, all documents regarding the corpse of the expatriates should reach the concerned airport 48 hours prior.

The Kerala Chief Minister's office said the letter would be sent to the Prime Minister's Office to inform the state of Kerala's response.

In addition, the Ministry of Civil Aviation will also be informed that this condition can not be accepted.

The expatriation of expatriates in the country is rampant for a number of reasons. NRIs are saying that the new order is delayed by days.
